Come nostro ospite, il nostro obiettivo è rendere tutto divertente e memorabile in questa camera da letto, al piano terra, vicino alla grande piscina, alla zona barbecue e al servizio lavanderia. Dall'altra parte della strada e a pochi passi dal bellissimo Kamaole Beach Park II, perfetto per nuotare e fare snorkeling con i bagnini di turno, e un'ottima spiaggia anche per i bambini.

Stayed at DiAnne’s unit at KKN and it is by far the best unit on the compound! Location is directly in the middle of everything in Kihei and close to the pool. Incredibly clean and homey. The unit has everything you need for beach trips and a fully stocked kitchen! Will return again and until then I’ll be dreaming of the nights reading on the lanai!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and our time at DiAnne and Brad's condo. Every single thing you could think of needing was there! It truly felt like home. DiAnne is quick to respond and checked in with us to make sure we had settled in. Great suggestions as to what to check out too! Perfect location, steps away from the pool and a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We saw whales breaching off of the beach and even a dolphin jumping along! 🐬You must try the cinnamon bakery in the shopping mall behind. Sooooo good! Would not hesitate to come back and spend our time in Maui here again. Thank you so much for sharing your home and little slice of heaven ❤

From the moment of my first contact with DiAnne and Brad to the last time we touched base the process was effortless and phenomenal. DiAnne and Brad's condo is well kept, clean and very comfortable. The amenities provided were unbelievable! All we had to worry about was bringing ourselves and our clothes, literally! The proximity to the beach was spectacular with an easy two minute stroll up the parking lot. The staff at the Kihei Kai Nan were warm and friendly. Overall this property and its owners exceeded my expectations and provided the perfect Maui experience. Thank you so much DiAnne and Brad!

The perfect location across from Kam II. The rental had everything we needed, chairs, cooler, umbrella and more. Exactly as described. Quiet location within the complex and great communication from DiAnne. Will definitely be back!

This Condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. It is close to the beach, food and shops. The condo itself was stocked with everything you need. It was the little things that surprised me like baggies, super glue, tape and a cooler. These all came in handy for us! Bed was comfortable. We did not use the pull out bed so can not speak on that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the owners are very responsive. We would stay here again. I hope to be back.

The location here was even better than we could have predicted! The place had everything we could have needed and more! We enjoyed our time in Maui so much. Having such a great spot to stay made it even better! The communication from DiAnne was so quick. Couldn’t recommend this VRBO more!!

Simple lodging, well priced, great location!
Thank you, DiAnne, for the comforts of home! It was exactly what we needed…a good kitchen, a place to sleep and a great location. The bed was a bit soft for hubby, but the extra foam in the closet gave him an alternative. We love Kehei Kai Nani!

Super nice 1b1b apartment with a balcony in Maui!!!
The location is super nice! mins walk to the beach, restaurants, and the plazas. The condo is very nice and clean, it has a room with a queen bed, a well-furnished kitchen, and living room, and a balcony!! Love it!! I will def stay here next time when I am back. It feels like you are in home!!!

Perfect getaway!
My partner and I loved this amazing spot in Kihei! Hosts were so helpful with tips for exploring the island and quick to reply. Place was spotless, bed was comfortable, AC was beyond great to have! Great place tucked away but quick walk to amazing beach and fun local stores and artisan! Will definitely be back!!

This condo was perfect for us. Clean, all appliances and electronics function well, plenty of cookware and right across the street from a nice beach. The host, DeAnne was very kind and she is diligent with correspondence should you have any questions.

Our condo was amazing! It had everything we needed. From cooking swimming and beach going. It was located close to the pool laundry room and office. A short walk to amazing food and the beach! I will staying here again!!

Great host, great location, some things to know.
DiAnne is a great host, communicating often and going above and beyond answering questions I had about rental cars and local restaurants. Their place is cozy and well appointed, and very well equipped, including beach gear. All instructions were very clear. The location in Kihei is great, with a nice beach literally just across the street. Their 1st floor unit is very near the large but unheated pool. There were lots of people staying in the complex if you like company, but overall pretty quiet, especially in the evening and at night. The unit is cooled by a window AC in the living room and a standalone unit in the bedroom (vents to the outside). Both are quite loud. We didn't feel we could run the bedroom unit while we were sleeping, and one workaround (leaving the windows open) would have worked except for the local rooster announcing his presence at 4am! We were thankful for the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and screens on the front door and back patio window meant we could enjoy the fresh air in the cooler evenings.

Communicating with Brad & Dianne was great! They were both so kind and supportive pre arrival and during our stay. I would love to be able to stay here again hopefully soon!

The Owners were amazing. DiAnne is an excellent host, we will absolutely be back. Her condo is well stocked, we travelled with a large group and some did not have the use of beach chair’s, umbrellas, coolers, towels etc. DiAnne supplied everything. We unpacked our suitcases grabbed some groceries and enjoyed the island. Mahalo

Great cozy comfortable place to stay in Kihei
A really nice place, clean and well maintained with nice touches by the hosts. Easy stroll to the beach and also perfectly located with nearby restaurants and stores. The place was really well decorated and we really enjoyed our stay. There were beach chairs and towels for use in addition to essential kitchen items. Thanks for the lovely stay! Cheers and Mahale!

Great location and easy check-in
The host communicated well before our arrival and the property was very clean upon our arrival. The location is at the heart of Kihei and easy access to beach and restaurants. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here.

Couldn’t be happier!
I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay here! The location is great. The complex is safe, clean and friendly. And the condo itself is super adorable! Very comfortable and homey with everything you need to feel welcome.
Communication with the property owner was also great! Very prompt and helpful, and made you feel welcome and up to date every step of the way. They were engaged and thorough with everything you needed to know which made it super easy to show up and enjoy the stay!
Again, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay here, and I can’t recommend this property anymore highly!

Great location, helpful owners
Owners were very kind and helped us navigate our travel, check in, etc. place was very well stocked with random small things you might need. Location was great, easy to get anywhere and plenty of parking.

Great stay
Very communicative/active owner who checked in frequently. Great amenities, awesome stuff to bring to the beach, including sunblock, etc. Everything was clean, fridge worked great, dishwasher worked great- everything was above expectations and we really appreciated DiAnne's communications. She was extremely pleasant and lovely and I would love love love to stay again. We stayed with 4 adults and I expected it to feel tight but it wasn't!

Awesome condo for our 1-week vacation in Maui! Great location right across the street from the beach and plenty of good restaurants and shops around. Well stocked with everything we needed to cook and rest. DiAnne was also really responsive :)

We only had five nights at KKN, but really enjoyed the property and this condo. Loved the first floor convenience and easy access to the pool area. We hope to return again someday.

Great Place.
I have been going to Maui for
several years for a conference and have stayed at several places. This place was great, and the owners were awesome to work with. The condo has anything one could need to include leaving spices out and condiments in the fridge. The owners are great to work with as well. They were very responsive with any questions or concerns. I will definitely be back to this same condo!

Lovely spot, awesome owners
DiAnne was awesome at answering questions and keeping me informed about the property. The property is located close to the beach, shops, and eateries. The unit was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The only problems I had was how light and hot the bedroom was, so I slept in the lounge on the comfortable pull out bed. I had thought the unit was ground level and although photos showed steps to the pool I didn't realize there were steps from the carpark . I should have asked as I find steps a bit challenging at the moment. For the price in this area it was an awesome find. A seat for waiting for shuttles etc outside the pool area would be good.

Clean Condo in an Excellent Location!
Very clean condo. Well stocked with items you would need if you have a family with children ( we travelled with a 10 and 12 year old). Listed description of location and detailed amenities are accurate. DiAnne is a pleasure to deal with. Responsive to questions and has clear check in and check out instructions. Property location is excellent. Beaches are right across the street and many restaurants and services all within walking distance. Safe area and family friendly. The complex is very well maintained and all residents were respectful to quiet time hours at night. The condo being on the first floor had easy access to the lanai which made it easier to pack things going to the beach and coming back - no stairs or elevators to deal with. Would definitely stay here again when we return. Had a nice homey feeling. Comfortable sofas and chairs to relax in. Air conditioning works - very cold air. We only used it once to try out as the ceiling fans and standing fans were enough to keep the condo cool and air circulating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo! It's worth mentioning again how clean the condo and entire complex was. Mahalo.

Perfect location!
The condo is in perfect location : across the beach; walking distance to another beach, shops, general stores, and restaurants; ideal location with the pool and laundry room in the condo resort. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable with well stocked kitchen. DiAnne, the owner is very attentive: she communicated with us early, right before, during, and after our stay. And the condo has everything for a perfect time at the beach or the park: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats, coolers, boogie boards, beach towels, and even sun blocks. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in Maui.

We love the Kihei Kai Nani! Our unit was perfect. Very well equipped, neat and clean and perfect location to the pool. The owners provided great instructions and everything went smoothly for check in. We will be definitely back! The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling was great.

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo in an incredible location
We had a great experience at this condo. It was spotless when we showed up and they even got us in an hour early. It had a full kitchen stocked with knives, pots, pans, spices , etc. They also had coolers , beach chairs, and boogie boards for us to use. We never watched a lot of TV but they did have upgraded cable which was good. The condo is directly across the street from a gorgeous beach that has great snorkeling. DiAnne was very good to deal with and had a very clear email on how to check in, where the unit is , wii fi, etc etc. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks DiAnne

Older well kept unit in a very convenient location. Overall very good value!
This older complex is conviently located across from Kam 2 beach. Many walkable modest food options in area. My favs are Da Kitchen Express, Cafe O'lei, Thai Bistro, and 808 Deli. Also within walking distance are a couple of snorkle rental places, a small food store and an ABC store. I saw a turtle on the beach at Kam 3 on this trip.
The unit is a well equipped one bedroom unit with a Hawaiian themed decor. I didn't try out the sofa coach but found the main bed to be comfortable. This area doesn't have the glam of Kaanapali or Wailea but if you are looking for a good value in South Kihei this unit should fit the bill. Ed R Arlington, Wa

Loved It!
We had a pleasant stay at Brad and DiAnne's condo at Kihei Kai Nani. It was beautiful, quiet, and clean. Everything was provided to make it feel like a home away from home. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. Shops and restaurants are also in walking distance. We will definitely be staying at Brad and DiAnne's again in the future.
