Great location and walking distance for Shrewsbury town centre and attractions, many eateries nearby, Apartment had open, airy and welcoming feel with a full size fridge/freezer.

Very tight parking space at back of property. Long flight of outside stairs to climb. No microwave in kitchen. Apartment needed a good sweep as long black hair and dust everywhere on floor. Could do with a thorough clean after each guest. No pillow protectors on bed pillows, these are a must if people use the same pillows and should be changed after every guest leaves.

The apartment is very well equipped & the host was very thoughtful in providing little extras that might be need - for example toiletries in the bathroom, picnic chairs, blankets & an umbrella in the hall.

Location was excellent, parking a bonus though a little tight. Bed was very comfortable, lovely towels. Good communication with the host Nicola.

No microwave or fan though both had been stated in the facilities. The fan was definately needed on the Friday as this was the hottest day of the year and even with the door and windows open was unbearable. The toiletries provided had already been used by previous guests and in fact the handwash in the bathroom was almost empty. The cubed sugar provided was in an opened box and there was also a jar of sweets provided (although not many left) for everyone to handle. Nicola has assured me that as no guests will be arriving for a few days she will do a deep clean on this property and will take onboard my suggestions for individually sealed items for guest's use.

The apartment had not been properly cleaned I had to go out and buy cleaning product to clean the stainless steel sink which was stained brown and had not been cleaned in weeks. The floor throughout had not been cleaned as there were balls of dust all around, especially under the bed. We stayed for five days and were only provided with one set of towels for all that time. There were no instructions as to how to operate appliances such as washing machine and towel rail/central heating. The access stairs are very steep to climb for older people.

There was everything we needed. Parking. Good location for a short & easy walk into the town.

Shower was a rain shower which we have. Noticed on usage drainage was very slow. Suspect it needs cleaning out on a more regular basis. Would be better with bigger towels. Most importantly, the steps upto the apartment were not safe. the outside rail was very hard to grip as very wide and wet when arrived which made carrying up luggage difficult. I have slight mobility issues which weren't helped

It was perfectly layed out for a couple, having all the facilities you would expect. The bed was very comfortable and everything was beautifully clean.

A well equipped, clean and comfortable property close to all amenities. The owners are friendly, approachable and extremely efficient. They accommodated our last minute request for a late checkout in the most helpful manner. Thanks very much! I would highly recommend this property.
