the villa is in excellent location. all amenities, big, all rooms come with their own bathroom. there was everything we needed in the villa, a big television in the living room, a fireplace, an outdoor jacuzzi. everything was perfect the kids enjoyed it very much. there was an issue with the water supply when we checked in but the owner Mr Andreas had it resolved very quickly. he was polite and ready to help! thank you for an amazing stay

The villa was very well appointed, it had everything we required including ample plates, glasses etc. It also had cleaning materials and equipment available on site, so we simply topped up what we used rather than having to buy everything new from the supermarket and then throw what we didn't use away at the end of the holiday. It suited our requirements perfectly in terms of location as our daughter was getting married at the Grecian Park Hotel opposite.

It would have been really helpful to have some sort of Guest Instruction Booklet that showed you where everything was and how it worked. There is an awful lot to the villa in terms of lighting and air-conditioning, so it would have been helpful to have a bible with all the instructions to refer too. Two very Minor points were: There was a water pump that ran after a toilet had been flushed or tap had been used that rumbled for ages, so during the night it did keep us awake on occasion. - The timers on the air-conditioning were a bit of a pain as well, as it meant having to keep getting out of bed in the middle of the night to click it back on again. Other than the above, couldn't fault the villa.

Could do with some information being provided on how to use aircon, tv etc.

Very nice clean villa with excellent facilities. Perfect location for a family wedding taking place in the hotel over the road. Owner very accomodating and happy to help with queries we had. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, clean villa, good location. We liked the pool area and the bbq very much. The bedrooms with a separate bathroom each were very comfortable.

It was difficult to find the villa, as it is located at a different address than the address given on the site of booking.com. The manager of the house gave us the exact details by phone after we went to the wrong address. It would have been nice if someone showed us around and told us practical information about the house and the location, but only the cleaning personnel was present when we arrived.

Villa is so comfortable! Each room has its own bath! It’s quite big, clean and comfortable, all worked perfectly. The only wish is to add more forks 😂

The beach is 10 mins from apartments. The location is perfect! 5 min to Agia Napa/Protaras. I would like to come back again! I can recommend for a rent for sure!

This villa is in a perfect location, really quiet area and with beautiful surrounding greenery. It's a lovely atmosphere! Inside, the villa itself is really big and excellent for families. All 3 bedrooms are en suite. Downstairs, the sitting and dining areas are really spacious with a great big smart tv. There is also a guest toilet. It was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The host, Mr. Andreas was very friendly.

The outdoor areas could do with a renovation (deck around the pool, new sun loungers) and could've been a bit cleaner. Small ants on the kitchen counters, you can't leave food there.

Great location, good amenities and very peaceful. 5 mins walk down to Konnos Bay- which is one of the best beaches on the island. Villa has three en suite bedrooms and lots of space upstairs and downstairs as well as outside. There is also a separate utility room upstairs for the washer/ dryer and ironing board which was really good to have. Huge TV with all the channels in the open plan lounge and nice seating areas inside and out. Compared to other villas in the area you are not overlooked particularly at the back as it’s just olive trees behind - which is a real bonus for a Villa this close to the sea.

There was no pool net to clean the debris off the top of the water which made the pool unusable until the cleaning filters kicked in at 11am....please can you leave a pool net so that future visitors can clean the pool and use in the morning - thanks.

Very quiet place. Outdoor fireplace iš fantastic for food preparation.

Could be cleaner. Many cats in the backyard asking for food. You can stay just with a car, no market ir restaurants around.
