pool hadn’t been cleaned or garden tidied ! garden furniture looking tired !

Location in village, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Space in the villa and garden. Kitchen equipment was enough. Good Wifi.

Bad maintenanced villa and garden, felt like nothing was done at least in the weeks before our arrival. Broken terrace tiles, dangerous, especially with kids. Many dirty corners in garden. Lots of mold in shower silicon, must have been there a long time and could have been fixed easily. The same for the many broken lamps. Washing machine is very old and extremely noisy. The double beds are hard and too small, 140cm. One of our neighbours were very loud and partying in the night. Unfortunately could the owner not help us when we asked them, ''we had to solve it ourselves'', as we did another night too. The photos on booking.com are dated as the big and high Placa hotel which is not on the photos, is placed just at the backyard of the villa, and takes all the sun away from about 01:00pm, at least from beginning of October. The balconies of this hotel takes also all your privacy away in the garden, all year round.

Excellent location

Location is good for beach and main street in Protaras

Loud music on the roof till 3am of nearby building will kill your expectations to rest. We had to change villa and location because of that and lose big amount of money. Villa is very outdated. Significantly different from photos.

Very nice house, close to the Fig Tree Bay beach. About 3 min to go to this beach. Villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Big TV, thousand of TV-channels, drip coffee machine. All photos are real. Easy check-in without personal contact. Good private pool. Personal lemon tree at the garden ))) There are a lot of restaurants and one supermarket close to the house. You can find good breakfast at the restaurant on the way to the beach. We were happy to spend time at Villa Emily!

Only one thing - it`s loud music from the roof top hotel bar. Hotel is very close to Villa, so it`s hard to sleep during Friday`s parties.

Location is the best, just 2 mins to the most beautiful Fig Tree bay beach. Lovely pool and yard with fruit trees, all rooms air conditioned.

The house is comfortable for family stay, however a bit outdated and no dishwasher

The villa is in a prime location next to Figtree bay and at the start of Protaras strip. The outside area is lovely with a good size pool, lots of garden furniture, fruit trees and pretty privets. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are small doubles but have good cupboard and wardrobe space. The villa was perfect for our family.

The villa was more expensive than other larger villas we have stayed in but you are paying for a great location and we knew this when we booked , location was very important with 2 17 year old boys
