Renovated Home Near Old Silver Beach
La nostra casa è stata completamente rinnovata da cima a fondo nel 2012 ed è pronta per portare il tuo abito e le infradito. Situato a solo un miglio da Old Silver Beach, la casa si trova sulla storica Route 28A in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale. L'esterno dispone di un ampio cortile per giocare (ne abbiamo molti nel capannone e un canestro da basket a grandezza naturale sul lato della casa) e un ponte di 400 piedi quadrati per il tuo divertimento. La sala da pranzo nel patio esterno può ospitare fino a sei persone e c'è ancora molto spazio per le sedie a sdraio. C'è una griglia a carbone e gas con avviamento elettrico per barbecue. Nel 2017, abbiamo aggiunto un patio con un pozzo del fuoco a gas. Anche appena fuori dal ponte posteriore è una spaziosa doccia esterna e uno spogliatoio separato per ripulire dopo le giornate in spiaggia.
All'interno della casa dispone di una zona soggiorno e pranzo aperta. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare fino a 10. Il soggiorno ha comodi posti a sedere e una TV HD a schermo piatto con cavo. Abbiamo anche un lettore DVD e molti film e wifi gratuito. La cucina nuova di zecca ha un forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, piano cottura, frigo e lavastoviglie. Inoltre, è completamente attrezzato con tutte le pentole, padelle, piatti ecc. Necessari per preparare i pasti.
La casa ha un bagno completo e tre camere da letto. Una camera da letto presenta un divano letto doppio con rotelle estraibili che possono essere due gemelli o messi insieme per diventare un re. Camera da letto con due letti a castello e la camera da letto principale ha un letto completo con un nuovissimo materasso in memory foam. Tutte le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto. Tutta la biancheria da letto è nuova. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti.
La casa ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size al piano principale.
Vieni a goderti tutta la nostra casa e Falmouth ha da offrire. Oltre alla spiaggia, siamo a pochi passi dalla pista ciclabile Shining Sea che può portarti al centro di Falmouth e Woods Hole. Abbiamo un grande sentiero naturalistico dall'altra parte della strada, perfetto per passeggiate pomeridiane. North Falmouth offre molti ottimi ristoranti. Siamo a soli 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Falmouth e 10 minuti dalla zona commerciale di Mashpee Common

The property is located on a quiet street, just a short drive to the beach, downtown Falmouth and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.
It was clean, comfortable and the hosts were amazing!

My family of 6 stayed in the house for a week. We love visitng the Falmout area, and spend lots of time at the nearby beach (huge perk that the beach was only a 3 minute drive from the house). The house was adorable and kid friendly as games and a basketball hoop were available to entertain. I loved the quiet and convenient location. 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Allison’s home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (towels, linens, hairdryer, beach chairs, beach towels, etc.). The location was great, especially being so close to the bike path and Old Silver Beach, and it was within easy driving distance to everything else. Allison was quick to respond to my questions both before and during our stay. The fresh flowers when we arrived were a special added touch. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Perfect North Falmouth Location
Allison's home was just what we were looking for in a vacation home on the Cape. The North Falmouth location just a short drive to Old Silver Beach, where we spent several days. The outdoor shower has both cold and hot-water to suit everyone. The house was well-appointed with all the basics one would need. The 3 bedrooms would suit most small families, though it was just 2 adults during our trip. Would certainly return if we find ourselves visiting the Cape again!

Great spot to stay for a Cape getaway.
Excellent location for access to biking and beaches. The outdoor space was nice for lounging and enjoying the gas fire pit in the evening.

Just right
We loved staying here. The house itself was comfortable and peaceful, and the location was just what we were looking for, with easy access to the bike path (just a 1/4 mile or so on the road to get there), lovely trails and beaches, and convenient and tasty places to bike to for coffee or sandwiches. We were able to have a quiet yet active trip, without too much driving. The bike ride to Wood's Hole and Nobska Lighthouse was a highlight!

Quiet but fun family getaway.
We struggled to find a nice getaway for April vacation during covid. Thankfully we came across Allison's beautiful home. It was a nice, cozy place for our family. While there's not too much to do in the area, we found ways of entertaining ourselves. It wasn't really beach weather, so we didn't get to go, though it's not too far away. We did enjoy mini golf up the street and the kids enjoyed the fire pit, basketball, games and riding their bikes. The only disappointment was we thought there was a trundle bed but it had just been changed to a full. So we were down a bed, we made it work though. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

A home we loved
Perfect place to unwind. Everything was wonderful, from the deck where we grilled and ate our dinners to a well-stocked kitchen, a great shower, a comfortable mattress, vaulted-ceiling & well-lit living room, and a cozy fire-pit.
The owners responded quickly to any questions we had, and they provided thorough & helpful information about the house itself and the surrounding attractions, of which Old Silver Beach was the undisputed star. We are certainly planning to go back!

Cute house!
We had a great stay in Falmouth! We ran into some trouble with the air conditioner but Allison got back to us right away and came over to fix it. Great place, thanks again!

Great rental and exactly as described
This house worked out great for my family of two adults and two children (5 and 2 years of age). The kids especially loved the bunk beds. House was clean and tidy. The owners have a great reference booklet of all the relevant and pertinent info for the house and surrounding area. Would highly recommend.

Charming home, great location
Home was adorable, clean, close to all of the spots we wanted to visit in Falmouth, and Allison was readily available and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. Only negatives were that the ACs were rather noisy, the only comfortable bed was the room with the foam mattress, and one of the two couches had various stains. All in all though, a great value for the area, perfect for two people, and we would absolutely return.

Nice spot, helpful owners
Nice house, reasonably convenient to beach, bike trail. fairly new renovation and well equipped, particularly with kids games, beach toys, etc.
Owners Tim and Allison, were very accommodating. We came and found the cleanliness well below standard but this was presumably due to a shoddy cleaner. the owner was there within the hour and personally attended to most of the cleaning.
while initially concerned were were thoroughly satisfied in the end and would stay there again.

Wonderful, clean,convenient& amazing home owner.
Home owner was amazing. Provided home phone number if needed, which was appreciated we had a slight problem with an appliance totally out of her control & she was immediately on it even though she was out of town at the time. Professional & responsive & I only hope we have opportunity to stay there again. Everything was true to description of property & I would gladly inform anyone I know to take advantage of this property. We were there for our son’s wedding, it was all we had hoped it would be. Location was convenient for us,only wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit, grill, lay back at the beach-always a next time!

Perfect little house central to where we wanted to go
The house was thoughtfully remodeled. The kids loved the bunk beds and storage baskets in their bedroom. Nice open space in the kitchen/dining/living room areas, made it easier to get the family organized. Easy to get to and close enough to attractions that we were interested in, while still out of the way, to give it a feeling of escape and privacy. Owner communicated well, helping us to relax and enjoy our time on Cape Cod!

Wonderful Getaway!
We were in town for a wedding at the Seacrest Resort and were so excited to find this little Cape getaway so close to the festivities. With another couple meeting us from London this was the perfect place for us to gather, catch up, and not be crammed into a hotel room. We loved the chance to show our friends from abroad around the Cape for their first time and I think this house was the icing on the cake. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions and we will definitely remember this for any future Cape adventures. Thank you!

Great location - 4 minute drive to Old Silver Beach
I rented this property with some friends for a wedding. It was a great location, a couple minute drive to the beach. Very clean, instructions for rental left at the home, and owner was accessible for any needs. I would definitely recommend this property for a rental!

We loved the house. The deck, grill, fire pit and outdoor shower made for a complete vacation stay.
The house and property are great. The trade off is being just far enough away from the beach that you need to drive, but the trade off is worth it. You can walk to the beach (about a mile?) and you can definitely walk to the Shining Sea bike path. The house is on 28a, and close to Rt. 28, for ease of accessing Falmouth.

Overall a very nice home that is well maintained and the location is great.
My wife and I rented the house from July 17 - 24 2016. Overall the house is very nice, clean, and is well maintained. The location of the home is great, it's not to far from Old Silver Beach and is a short drive to downtown Falmouth. Dealing with Allison and Tim was a pleasure. I would recommend this property to others.

Cute cottage - loved the decor and had everything we needed!
The cottage was easy to find, and very conveniently located -near the Silver Lounge, bike path and Old Silver Beach. The owners provided everything you could expect! We would recommend this cottage for all ages!!

It felt like home!
The minute we walked in the door it felt like we were home - not just a rental. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. It was a great location being very close to the beach, Falmouth and main roads. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable modern house in great location
We had a great stay at this lovely house, it's in a great central location for travelling around Cape Cod. It was very comfortable, beautifully decorated house and had everything you could need to make your stay a home from home, sone of the extra special features was the fantastic outdoor grill & deck area including the outdoor shower and baseball hoop.
The house is close to some good local shops and restaurants and a beatific beach with great amenities. The owner was very friendly when we contacted them, offering clear prompt information regarding the property and area around. There was a guide to some local attractions in the house which we used and the advice was very accurate I would definitely recommend this house to anyone considering a holiday in this area.

Vacation 2014
We stayed at the house in August 2014 and we loved the house. The house was super clean and had plenty of space for our 3 kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the outdoor games that the owners had. The location was great, next to bike path and a very short drive to our favorite Old Silver beach. We would love to come back to the house again.
