Good place to stay in the area

Beautiful house with all what you can possibly need. We will certainly come back because we really enjoyed our stay in Mike' property. We truly felt like home.

Comfortable, quiet, safe neighborhood in a country club setting. Red rock views all around. Cute, cozy front porch & back patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening nightcaps - if only we'd had the time. Comfortable beds & recliners. Plenty of towels, linens, paper products provided. Stack washer/dryer in condo. Covered carport which was great & would be greatly appreciated in high heat season. Pool was great & just a short walk from condo. Pool not handicap accessible from what we could tell. Several steps at entrance. Short ride in to Sedona. Easy check-in/check-out Hosts responded in timely fashion. On-site manager for immediate maintenance needs, of which we had none. The pictures of this property do not do it justice. Some would say the property is "dated" but not a concern to us. The new flooring is very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with this property. I would stay here again if i am ever able to make a return trip to Sedona.

Property was as described, on the outskirts of Sedona with many great restaurants and conveniences nearby. Overall an excellent value and location, we hope to return for future long weekends!

This is my 3rd year staying at the property, and it was as relaxing as ever. Clean, quiet, very short walk to the pool and hot tub. Can’t beat it! I will be back for sure.

The condo was very clean. It was quiet and very relaxing. I highly recommend for travelers. It is only slightly out dated, but perfect for us. We will certainly return. Could use some washcloths.

Nice location and villa. Be sure to being your own soap to wash your hands No toiletries.

This was our second year being snowbirds at this property. The location is great, nice setting and handy to hiking and Sedona. No changes had been made to the unit from last year to this. Duct tape is still critical for the microwave handle, the thread bare carpet in the main bedroom still is begging to be replaced, the toilet in the main bath shifts when you sit down and the caulking around the tub is still shabby. The unit is functional but it seems like the owner makes money from the unit but puts as little as possible into it

The location is excellent in a very safe community. Beautiful scenery all around the neighborhood! The condo needs a little TLC. The carpet is disgusting and needs replaced. You have to wear house shoes because the carpet is so gross. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking supplies and dishes. There are plenty linens also. I would return to this condo if the carpet is replaced!

Golf course was wonderful, right across the street. Village of Oak Creek was interesting. Clarks grocery was wonderful with fabulous baked goods and wonderful deli..

This property definitely needs updated. The furniture, carpet and tv left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, there was no soap, no dish soap, no laundry soap. We called the manager who informed us she was at dinner and told us to go to another unit to see if the items we needed were there. She told us the number of the unit and that the key was under the mat. She couldn’t be bothered to bring us anything. After speaking to the owner, things got somewhat better as the items were delivered the next day. But the place still was not worth the money we spent on it. I have rarely had to leave a bad review on a house, but I just cannot recommend this property.

Great location with stunning views. Furniture and bed linens need updating and carpeting in the master bedroom is very dirty and needs removed.. Great pool. Owner had very good communication.

We loved the location and the size of the unit. Perfect for my sister and I to relax and lay our heads after a day full of hiking, shopping, sight seeing, eating, etc. The only comment we would make is the carpets are in need of a major cleaning or a replacement. We look forward to returning to Sedona in the future and will definitely book this unit. Thank you!!

The location is great except for needing to time any trips into Sedona to avoid backups miles long. The setting is very good and essentially all necessities can be found in the village. The unit was functional albeit outdated. We met and enjoyed the neighbors and utilized the clubhouse library. It was a good 2 1/2 month stay that we’ll repeat next year.

The location was easy to get to and the accommodations were perfect. The view was spectacular and the place was nice and clean.

It was quiet and private close to things to do and hike.

We arrived at the VRBO on Tuesday and it was just perfect! Nice and clean, in a great location, easy to get to Sedona and we really enjoyed the fireplace! After a busy day shopping and sightseeing, we came back and started a nice fire and just vegged out! Thank you so much!

Enjoyed the property. Everything was nice just found carpet in bedrooms was very packed and appeared dirty or old. Normally don’t wear shoes in house but would not walk on bedroom carpet without. Would return to area. Thanks for making stay smooth and enjoyable Thx Mike.

Wow! Very nice place! In a gated community/golf course. Very clean and QUIET and very roomy. Mike and Betsy were super nice (we happened to meet them personally). Location was perfect. You could see Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock just up the road on rt179. We were there 4 nights (three full days) and enjoyed every minute! Thank you Mike and Betsy!

This is the second time we got to stay at this location and we got to bring our two little dogs which was great. It's very fair price, wonderful area, lots to do. The only thing we would change is it the unit we are in was a bit dated but other than that we would go back for sure especially since we can bring our babies

It was quiet, very clean and you could easily walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for your girls trip. Two bathrooms always a plus. Centrally located in Oak Creek. Grocery store just right up the street plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The pool came in handy in the afternoons after hiking in the morning.

After having the rental information resent we were able to locate the property. Had a minor issue with the location (500 Jacks Canyon) from the website. This was a great location for our small family to use as “home base” for our Sedona trip.

The house was very comfortable! We are 4 senior women who like to travel and have fun! The twin beds were not very comfortable due to plastic on the beds. We would go back here if opportunity comes our way

A quiet, comfortable condo for two couples located just inside the gates of the local country club. Full service grocery store located less than 1/2 mile away. Beautiful scenery..
