Moderna casa di tre camere da letto, situata in tranquillo cul-de-sac, con grande ponte e area di intrattenimento con la vela ombra e illuminazione esterna. Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort moderni, doccia separata e bagno nel bagno. Lavanderia nel garage. Grande 55 'TV a schermo piatto con canali Freeview e lettore DVD. 500 metri dalla spiaggia. Grande barbecue a gas con cappuccio. Ampio parcheggio per barche e automobili. A pochi passi da città, ristoranti e caffè.

Was a lovely spot for our kids with a culdasack that they could ride bikes around. I would go there again

First i should say i have never used vrbo before so please read fine print everywhere and be culturally competent. I did not know that i would have to hire linen (not upset, it was my mistake i did not see that part.) Secondly i am from the USA we all have clothes dryers and use fabric softner. That is not everyone's situation. In addition i am used to towels consisting (body towel, hand towel and face rag.) That was not the situation there. Not a problem just was a little surprised.
But on to the honesty part. My son left his wallet and my daughter left her stuffed animal so kind of Pip to report it to the owner and i received a text as soon as it was found. So refreshing ☺️
Oh and did i mention that last minute i requested late checkout. And it was agreed even though I ended up not needing it.
All of this positives made it a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay, we found the accomodation to be better than described, lots of room for 2 families of 4! Great fully fenced back yard and short walk to the beach. Other reviews noted no wifi, however we had wifi and it worked well.

Pipi Dune Beach house is a beautiful home! My family and I really loved our stay. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. It was so close to Buffalo beach which was amazing. Heather, was such a great host and check in was so easy. We loved every bit of our stay and we will definitely be going back.

We had a lovely time the house was as nice as expected everything was great. The only critic would be that there was no wifi and we would have liked to have been able to connect to the tv but there was no hdmi entry.
Would definetly stay again though.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Pipi Dune home. Great facilities, very spacious, perfectly situated for all activities we chose to do and awesome commz with Heather. Thank you for allowing us to share your piece of paradise. Our kids are already trying to plan another stay. Nga mihi tino nui. x😊

Great place to stay wiht a group of friends. Could just come home and crash at the end of the day no stress and cook up a storm. Only feedback is that the bbq is in need of a deep clean. But given the volume of people that probably cook on it. Understandable

The place was great, a good little place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of Auckland. The communication with the property manager was top notch. I definitely would like to stay here again.

Great location, and the property was clean and big enough for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Only problem found was wet carpet around living room area, but except that, it was perfect place to stay.

We were lucky with the weather being fine on the wedding day but a wee drizzly next day. Wifi would be a great compliment to this property if you were to chose to stay over winter.

We came over for Dean Brights 60th. The house was very clean + tidy, the bedrooms were quite large, there were toys in the garage for kids to play with + space out back for kids soccer goal + swingball set. Only downer was we couldnt get the heat pump to work.

A warm and welcoming home away from home, this bach was nice and central for us to be able to attend a wedding in the Town Hall, yet also just a short walk from the beach. My husband and I found the main queen bed very comfortable. Modern, spacious, and clean, Pipi Dune Beach House was a great place for our family of six.

Great property - so clean and spacious for a weekend getaway with friends for the Seafood festival. Walking distance to main town and the neighborhood really quiet. Good communication with the owner, highly recommend.

Unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to family emergency so had to up and leave but the place was so nice, Nice open plan, Loved the placw. Highly recommend.

Property was neat, very clean spacious house, lovely bedrooms and area! Overall it was a nice stay and suited us well on our family weekend away it had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was very good! The only suggestion to be made is possibly to have dvds or games available for wet windy days like it was when we stayed as there is no wifi. Thank you, I would recommend and would stay again!

Nice and tidy property, comfy beds, but could use a hairdryer, tea, coffee machine, just some of the things we are used to having when staying at other properties.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Great location, communication from the owner and the house is really spacious and clean. We liked the secure garden which means our 2 girls could play outside safely. The lack of wifi was ok for our short stay but it could be something which can be looked at in the future in particular if you are stuck inside due to the bad weather (which seems to become the norm more and more 🙃).

We loved our stay! Batch was perfect with a great outdoor area. Really good location close enough to town but enough to be away from the craziness! We loved it and will definitely be back. Batch owner very good to deal with. Lovely neighbours also.

Neat place great location and very good communication. Only thing missing is internet but in the end we had great weather so didn't even turn on the devices .
