We came down for the weekend to enjoy all the Christmas festivities and were not let down. Raj and Kelly were very accommodating and always answered us quickly. The location was perfect with views of the ocean and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was nice. The deck awning was broken and had 2 birds nests, so thinking it had been broken for quite awhile? although the owner/manager says it was recent and would send a repair person who never showed.. Also, DW upper rack was broken. The decor was thrifty and dated. That said, the location was perfect! Walking distance to everything and a view of the ocean.

Property was nicely cleaned and air-conditioned upon our arrival shortly after 4 pm. We were thrilled with the ocean view -- both from the deck as well as inside the unit (from the living room and kitchen). Bedrooms were nicely decorated with lots of storage and plugs a plenty. Short walk to beach (1 block) was perfect for my Mom and kids; we even walked to dinner 1 night on Beach Avenue!!
The storage unit was great -- all 3 of the bikes we brought with us fit no problem and it had EVERYTHING we needed for the beach (chairs; umbrella; beach cart and sand toys) plus a cornhole game we played in the backyard.
If you are planning to cook a lot of meals, it will be challenging in the small kitchen that has very limited pantry space. Treat yourself to dinners out (or even take-out on the deck) -- and it will be the perfect vacation apartment for you!!

My parents and immediate family rented this entire property. The location was outstanding, the amenities comfortable and inviting. We truly enjoyed our stay!
~One thing that was not mentioned in the listing nor by the owner is that they nearbye beach requires a "tag". Living 500+miles away from this location, it didn't occur to me to look into this~I was surprised to learn that these season tags were not included in the rental.
~One other note: the decking on the 2nd floor was dangerous with raised/sharp nails.
I don't want these 2 notes to detract from the experience, but, I wanted to be sure the owner knew of these 2 issues.

Perfect location!
The house was so clean and was a PERFECT location. It was beautiful with the deck and we used the picnic tables out back a lot. Loved the outdoor showers. Would stay here again in a second!

Perfect rental in a great location
Was the perfect rental property for my family (2 adults 1 toddler) for a post Christmas getaway. Perfect location…one block from the beach and about half a mile from the mall. Extremely clean and cozy. Would definitely book this property again! Can’t wait to do it again next year or even sooner!

Great Girls Weekend Getaway
Everything was exactly as described. It was great to have parking for our 3 vehicles, since we all were coming from different locations. Easily walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the deck, view, & retractable awning. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing week!
My family and I had the best time. It had been a few years since a family vacation, and the rental was perfect. You’re a short walking distance to everything, but in a quiet area. The beach access couldn’t be easier. The house is fully stocked, super clean and check in went seamless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Views of the Ocean
We had a very comfortable stay. The house was clean and we had more than enough space. The deck has a small awning that is great for some shade and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails there with views of the ocean. It was quiet and peaceful. There were only 2 of us so we were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and glasses. We didn’t do any cooking but used all of those kitchen items. The washer and dryer made it super convenient to come home with limited dirty laundry. Lots of steps to the 2nd floor but if you’re in good shape no worries. Owners were responsive to our questions and all the info provided for the week made check in and out a breeze.
