A bit far from metro stations and city centre. The room was clean. Mr. Ali, Mr. Iskendar and a lady at reception have been kind, cooperative and helpful.

House keeping staff and restaurant staff for serving breakfast were not good and non professional. They need to be trained that how to deal with clients, how to talk to the cients and how to serve clients. The house keeping staff did not clean the room even if we turned on the option of "Make my room" I complained many times and we were assured of best services, but sorry to say that there was no results. Even, house keeping clean the room but they did never cleaned properly. The breakfast was not good and not as mentioned or shown in hotel profile. The main probem was language problem. Only a couple of staff among reception could communicate in English, whereas the rest staff dont know even a word of english.

I really like the reception stuff especially the lady called Leman. She helped me a lot.

I visited this hotel from 12 to 13 July 2023. It was a business trip. Hotel is convenient because it is located only few minutes far from the airport. The room was clean, the breakfast is perfect.

We liked the most the staff they are just amazing every single one of them, they are extremely helpful and nice. You can't ask for a better staff. The recipients (at the morning and at night shifts) are very welcoming and they helped us in everything, ordered taxis for us. We went as a family with two kids, the staff were extremely nice with them and even when they kept jumping around and we tried to stop them they asked us to let them play around. The rooms size is big Additionally we took a late check out. They price is very good with the service, the lunch is good with a low price. Additionally the shuttle service is very good, my family had to meet me in the airport, so the Taxi driver took care of taking out the luggage.

These are some recommendations: - if possible add more diversity to the breakfast - if possible to clean or change the carpet - if possible have baby coat for visters with kids.

There was a very friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff was always ready to help.

Receptionist Fatima she is amazing and sweet. Breakfast was good also.

The address they mentioned on booking Com is wrong that location is closed already I had to to book another taxi to go to New location

I visit Baku several times a year. GM city is on of the hotels whit the best quality/price combination. Even thats the location is not in the center but it takes only 5-10 minutes to go to the center. Other things are perfect. For me cleanliness of the room is the most important factor and in this sphere everything was totally cool.

The breakfast was the worst ever. We had booked a room with breakfast, but there was no food in the restaurant, they only provided tea/coffee and a piece of bread and some biscuits.

Locaiton is good. The guy at the reception called Isgender was very helpful.

Super helpful and sweet receptionist, she helped us out with anything we wanted to to around Baku.

It’s not very central and also far away from the metro. You have to rely on Bolt.
