Very cozy and lovely apartment! Excellent location - near the nice quiet park and local streets. Very clean, well-equipped apartment, where you can feel yourself at home. It`s also so atmospheric, so you are living like a Venice local! Luigia is so a kind and friendly host, thank you very much!

Lovely location on the periphery of the busy city of Venice, adjacent to the local parks and restaurants and vaporetto stops.

Lugia was a very courteous and helpful host. The apartment is situated amongst the locals and is very quiet but it is still only 15/20 minutes walk from St Marks square. It is ideal for 2 people and has all the facilities you will need for your stay especially if you are cooking yourself.

Ground floor apartment with its own entrance which is great. Fully equipped kitchen even with a grill pan. Gaz cooker, big Moka coffee maker. Hostess is very friendly, explained to us how to throw garbage, because it is not as usual in Venice. Location is very convenient with vaporetto stop just 200 m away. Place is a quiet, there is no noise at night even with an open window. But be aware that the garbage collector rings a doorbell every morning about 8:30.

In our opinion pillows are a bit hard and high. Washing machine is not working. It seems that it is not connected to the power line.

It is a a very practical place to visit the Biennale Well equipped and comfortable. On the ground floor nice for the eldery

The TV set is limited because it is not HD, specially fir datellite channels.

Next door to the Biennale - Giardini, very typical residential street, non-touristy, yet 1 minute from shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Extremely clean, despite being on the ground floor, the apartment did not suffer from humidity or the smell that derives from it which has happened to us in other Venice apartments. Owner was friendly and efficient. I loved the location.

Tiny snags, the WiFi was slow in the bedroom as furtherst from the router and the rubbish collectors ring the bell quite early in the morning.
