LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT

BECAUSE WE WERE 4 PEOPLE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE ONE OR TWO MORE COMFY CHAIRS FOR EVENING VISITING

The location was amazing. You get a view of Nafplio from here with a little balcony in every room. Was easy to get to all the main sites. The apartment was clean, and the beds were comfy.

Location, communication

AC didn't work for heating. The owner's comments were weird when we complained about that - "It's warm outside". It was definitely warm outside, but not inside. It wasn't pleasant to take a shower. We hope this problem will be fixed

No hob or cooking facilities.

Attractive and modern with beautiful views over the harbour and mountains beyond.

Lack of kitchen facilities-no oven, hob, microwave, cooking utensils not even a bread knife or any wine glasses. There was an iron but no ironing board. A full length mirror would be good. Bathroom a bit small especially if there were four people staying.

the view was superb, with a little balcony from each room. parking very close by. it was an easy stroll down to the town centre. The apartment was quiet and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The location couldnt be better, 5mins to the beach and 5mins to the old town. Views were perfect. Highly reccommended!

this appartment is excellent, very confortable and clean. I am travelling very often everywhere in Europe and this is a place I would go back to. The view is breathtaking. It is better to be there with a car.

If it is your first time at the apppartment and in Nafplio, then it is not very easy to find the place. We lost about one hour going back ann forth to find someone to give us the key and find the place in an area where directions is difficult to give. If you yravel there for a second time, its very easy to find. The wifi password is wrong. We mentioned to the owner but she insisted that all our 5 devices had a problem. After many trials and errors we discovered the correct code but the owers won't know the correct one so you ll have to insist. The kitchen area os full of ants, so if you plan to cook, it may be challenging. Toilet paper is also not enough, take some extra with you (2 roles for 3 people for 4 days.....)

Hot water, good wi-fi, a washing machine.

Contacted the owner to ask for the central heating to be turned on, or for instructions on how to do this. Owner did not contact me back and the temperature fell to below 9 degrees so we all ended up with colds. The property also does not have a cooker (hob) and only provides a small camping stove and one frying pan for a family of 4. Not welcoming at all.

The location is fantastic, on a hill, with a wonderful view over the city from the top. It is very close to the city center, although if you had to walk to the apartment, you would have to walk uphill for quite a while. We had a car, so it was not an issue. Parking is free close to the entrance to the street through the arc. You have to walk about 30 meters down a cobblestone street to the apartment. We had to meet the host at a certain location. We gave Maria a call 10 minutes before arrival and she was there and found us fast even though we were not at the exact spot, since we couldn't find it. But we were close and it worked just fine. We followed Maria in the car to the parking lot, where she gave us the keys and explained everything about getting into the apartment. We found the apartment easily and opened it with the keys fast. We were happy to see that there was a washing machine at the apartment, but, as is almost always the case in Europe, there is no dryer. However, you could easily dry your laudry on a hot rack in the bathroom.

This is more like advice to the host from experienced travelers and I hope it can be taken in a constuctive way. We couldn't find the exact meeting spot which was supposed to be at a bus stop. Our GPS did not take us to that bus stop and so we stopped close by and let the host know. It worked fine, but perhaps an easier to find meeting place could help. Internet was very poor, so if you had to check important things, let alone do work, it wouldn't be an option. For some reason, only google worked and nothing else. I thought it might be something with the US web sites, but no, at other places internet worked just fine. You do have to have good internet connection nowadays since most people depend on it. For example I coulnd't go to booking.com which was pretty irritating since I had to check on further travel. We were given directions on how to turn on hot water, but we didn't figure it out right away. We texted the host but didn't hear back from her. We figured it out on our own eventially. I do think if Maria had walked with us the remaining 30 meters to the apartment and had shown us everything herself, rather than give directions, it would've helped. Or they could have printed directions in the apartment too, then you wouldn't worry about pressing the wrong button for the water heater. It's just my two cents, but I would provide some coffee and a bottle of water at least. It would be a nice gesture especially if you come, as most people are, from afar. You won't then have to go to the supermarket right away to buy the basics. Also, what can be done with a car for sure will be a problem if you don't have one. We ate out but would've appreciated a quick cup of coffee in the morning, if there were one available.

This apartment really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, in a great location and has an amazing view of the old town and the sea. The check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Nafplio and wanting to stay in the old town.

We only wish we stayed longer :)
