Everything was wonderful. It was a perfect visit to Nafplio and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and Takis sent clear instructions for everything we would need and provided excellent communication. We enjoyed the location for walking everywhere and not so far from the main free parking area for when we took our car to explore the many sights in the area. We enjoyed coffee and wine outside each day with a wonderful view and were equipped with all we needed. Thank you!

Apartment is perfect : excellent location (in the old town, which is the pretty part of Nafplio, near restaurants and touristic areas but in a very quiet area). Cleanliness 10/10. Easy Whatsapp contacts with the owner. Small beach at 10 min by foot. Excellent explanations about how to get there, how to park for free, how to use the machines like washing machine, TV with Netflix... There is really everything you may need.

The apartment is perfectly located in the oldtown of Nauplion but a little aside from the main streets which makes it extremely useful. You can walk to the port or to any of the restaurants, and then you have a peaceful night to get rest. The host Takis is extremely friendly and helpful, should you need any information or hints. The apartment is equipped with all possible items you may require. In the kitchen you will find everything to prepare any meal, fix a drink or make some good coffee. Beds and bedsheets are new and comfortable, the arrangement of space in the apartment is flawless. Plenty of space in the closets. A small shaded balcony is a perfect place to have a morning coffee or fruits and yoghurt to start the day. Really, it is hardly possible to find any faults or imperfections. Great place to use as a starting point to explore the Peloponnese or even places south of Corinth.

Nothing actually. Some may complain about the stairway leading to the apartment, it is not difficult in fact but people with disabilities in particular when climbing it in the hot afternoon may find it problematic. On the other hand, you get the view over the town’s roofs and coolness inside because the apartment is adjacent to the ancient city walls.

I choose it as it was the close to the beach (5 min walk) and it did not disappoint. Clean, spacious, quiet, all facilities for a self contained stay, Communication was fast and reliable, Takis has provided a very detailed package of info relating to every aspect of the property from how to get there to how to work the washing machine. Hard to see how anyone could go wrong here. Would return. thanks Takis.

Apartment is simply awesome. We apreciated it´s advantegous position, large clean space, great equipment and very nice balcony. Among positive things we would include especially: disposable slippers, swimsuit dryer, washing machine, amazingly equiped kitchen, med kit, books about Greece, tablegames, nets against insect.

It would of been better if the central heating was working, air conditioning was very noisy to have on at night.
