It needs better cleaning

The house is well located and the landlord is very nice, very helpful.

Fully equipped and very comfortable house designed with attention to details.Ideal for families and super location- very close to the beach. The host was very helpful and kind at all times. Kids loved the rooms on the lower floor which are very cool although it was hot outside. Jacuzzi is a big plus to keep them busy too!

Beautiful and clean house next to the beach!

Ideally located near some of the best beaches (Kaiki, Blueberry) and some of the best resturants in Spetses. Tastefully and lovingly furnished - evidently is has been used as the host's own holiday home. We were greeted on arrival and escorted to the house, just a few minutes walk from the Spetses hotel pier. The house was immaculately clean and the host had thougthfully left provisions in the kitchen to get us through the first few days- cereal, bread, butter as well as the essential bottle of white wine, which we polished off sitting in the jacuzzi on the verandah. We really appreciated the fact that the host was kind enough to allow us a late check-out as the house was not let the following day

Perfect location, amazing beds, very nice and clean hot tub! Only 3 minutes walk distance from Kaiki beach. 15 minutes from Poseidonion. Definitely one of the nicest house that we visited recently. Fresh and very clean with a nice combination of tradition and minimalism. The host was very kind and helpful also.

Nothing special. It was very nice to have the opportunity to taste some delicious homemade pastry from Panagiotis also! It is a place that we definitely be looking forward to visit again in the future.

Very convenient location, short walking distance from Kaiki beach. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, jacuzzi was coming very handy and relaxing after all day in the beach.
