Breakfast provided on the balcony, even when we had to leave early our last morning she provided a coffee machine and a breakfast to go. Property was immaculately clean. The design is beautiful. Would recommend. The views are spectacular.
If you want to go into Amalfi get your walking shoes on. There is a bus service between Amalfi and Pogerola that passes also.

The balcony from the room had incredible views and we got breakfast brought to us every morning which offered a great range of local cakes, pastries and yoghurts. Our host even sent us lots of restaurant recommendations. The hotel is in a great location only 5 minute tax / 20 minute walk from Amalfi, there is also an amazing beach club right below the property. The check in was quick and easy and we got parking by Gas Bar for €30/24 hours.

A grand view of the sea from the room, which itself was beautifully appointed and came with many amenities. Breakfast on our private terrace was also a huge plus, and it was really to keep in touch with our host, who provided with clear details on how to check-in.
It is a little bit of a walk away from Amalfi town itself - but at least it's a nice walk! Expect 25 to 30 minutes each way, depending on where within Amalfi you're setting off from. Add a little bit more if you're walking uphill back to the B&B.

I could not recommend this accomodation more. The whole experience was beautiful! The room was so special - bright and light, comfortable, good air con. The breakfast experience is very sweet and delicious. The hosts are lovely and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
The busy bus made it quite hard to get to and from the property so I ended up walking to and from town which is about a 20minutes walk which was fine but something to keep in mind.

Staff is wonderful and makes sure you know how to get there and can help you out with any questions. Clean rooms every day if you want. Breakfast brought to your room everyday to enjoy on the balcony. Large bathroom. And the view! Incredible. Just an amazing value for the money when I stayed in the peak summer month. It's also near an espresso bar/pizzeria/convenience and a fish market.
For some the location may not be great but I liked it. It can be a 15-20 minute downhill walk to Amalfi but I enjoyed the exercise. You can catch a bus in either direction if you flag it down at the crossroad. Not a complete sidewalk in this part of Amalfi. I was not able to go down the steps to the nearby beach because I didn't know you needed a reservation but it looked incredible.

Great location. Excellent service. Close to bus stop to Amalfi or Positano. Walk to Amalfi is about 20 minutes.

To reach Amalfi is really not easy. You must go to Salerno and take a ferry from there. The last ferry leave at 17:00pm. If you reach Salerno after that you have a BIG problem!! There are NO taxis to take you from anywhere in surrounding towns to Amalfi as the road is a very big problem!! Taxis only operate in their own little towns because of the road. The only other way is the bus and believe me it is an extremely narrow road. It tests your level of fear. The language is a big problem, english very poor and people are not willing to accommodate or help you. I find the Italians irritated when you ask for help. There are no Villa Viviani sign on the gate down at the road, so you can easily miss the gate. Very steep entrance, no lifts. The villa itself is nice and staff is helpful, beautiful view from the villa and the whole coast is really breathtaking beautiful. But to reach the area is an effort!! Mid summer weather extremely hot!! The owner did help us with a taxi when we left which we appreciated. The town Amalfi is beautiful and has a big holiday vibe. Ate sea-bass, very nice
I did not like the fact that the transport to Amalfi wasn’t clearly explained to me and the effort in that extreme heat made us very tired!! Italians english very poor, difficult to communicate.

Villa Viviani has a stunning view from the private balcony. I can’t believe how gorgeous it was, especially for a private balcony, especially at this price point. We even had a great view from our bed.
Had to take a bus to get there. But all the better views require a trip out of Amalfi.

The property is not a hotel . It is a property with 5 rooms. There is just one person do everything for hotel and she is always in rush.
The hotel doesn't have enough staff . and the property is more like Airbnb without kitchen

Location was a 20 25 minute walk from the centre not really amy restaurants nearby. Buses are unreliable and not regular
Breakfast was really nice a new pastry everyday. Extremely comfortable room clean and fresh .staff were really helpful
Hairdryer was not powerful
Note to retain receipts for City tax as was charged twice!

We loved the breakfast each morning on our own private balcony. Was nice that it was private and not a shared breakfast with other people. It was a lovely way to start the day. Lisa was so friendly and helpful with any questions too.
Not much! Only sometimes the walk back to the property felt too long from Amalfi! But buses were usually available, a bit less in the evening.

I loved the Villa, the owner was so helpgil, a wonderful view from yje halcony, room fittings were really nice. I had a single room but the bed was like a double and so comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony or in your room was delicious and any requests such as really early before departure, there was still a lively breakfast.
I didn’t mind the steps and walk to town as I am fit, but fir some people it must ggt be too dufficult. Each morning Cwalked to town and I really enjoyed that walk looking out to see. There is a bus just outside for those who are not fit. I am an octogenarian so you understand it is easily done!

Location
Very small room, the heating didn’t working. There was a fishy smell from the fish shop bellow the cottage. The blanket was too thin and not wrapped in a sheet.
The shower cubicle is too narrow. The breakfast consisted only of croissants and a cake and even after our request for eggs and fruit, they didn’t respond!!The landlady was quite nervous!

Staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was great. The view was amazing. Great location near one of the most beautiful beaches in Amalfi.
The only that was less good was that my room wasn’t well isolated. I could hear clearly the neighbours or anyone in the hall. The neighbour was unfortunately super loud, yelling and on the phone at 6 AM.

Breakfast every morning was delicious! Fresh pastries from a local patisserie -- croissants especially were always warm and delicious.. Coffee was OK. The room was cleaned every day and the facilities were very clean as a whole. The owner was friendly and responsive. The private balcony with a great view of the ocean was very nice. The shower in the bathroom was exceptional!
Bed was not very comfortable -- felt like an old very firm mattress. The Villa was also right along a main street, so the traffic was very loud at night if the doors were left open. The A/C in my room had been changed to just heat and no air conditioning so I was forced to leave the door open at night to avoid the room getting stuffy, which was frustrating as the traffic woke me up on multiple occasions.
