The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable.

Hotel 1900 , impécable , calme, central (tout peut se faire à pieds mais très bien desservi par les transports en commun). Personnel très prévenant , italo-anglophone. Excellent petit déjeuner servi en buffet sous une charmante verrière. Surclassée dans une grande chambre avec baignoire et minibar !

Aucune chaine TV française ( dommage mais pas grave ) Pas de personnel francophone ( pour certains renseignements cela aurait été mieux )

It is a proper solid old building and a proper hotel* - On a quiet street - a short walk from the railway station/main sights and shorter from the nearest tram line. No frills but everything I needed was provided - even tea making facilities (I am British, bring your own black tea as only herbal tea bags provided). Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby - ask reception for recommendations - I did and was happy with their suggestion. There is a classic Italian Scooter by the stairs - sadly guests do not get to take it for a spin. *I have had it with AirBnB style "managed by a private host"

It was a public holiday week - so I paid a little more than I would usually set for a budget - but I suppose that is commercial reality.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel nous a permis de faire tous nos déplacements à pied. Le petit déjeuner très varié est donc pour tous les goûts. De plus la pièce est agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et très calme.

Hôtel très agréable, très calme, à 10 / 15 minutes de la gare de Porta Nuova. Notre chambre et salle de bains étaient grandes, confortables et avec un certain cachet. Nous recommandons le très bon petit-déjeuner (en supplément pour 7 euros), et notamment les délicieuses pâtisseries maison. Petit supermarché à 2 pas.

Même si tout peut se faire à pied, l'hôtel reste un tout petit peu éloigné de l'hypercentre (30 minutes à pied pour le palais royal). Ceci dit un tram circule non loin de l'hôtel.

Beautiful hotel with great staff, very happy with the location close to the centre.

I didn't like that the room was quite warm in March and the provided duvet is too thick, so too hot in the bed with the duvet on, cold without the duvet, maybe a good idea to provide a thinner duvet. In the morning too much light in the room.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect for being close to Porta Nuova, but the area around the hotel is residential, safe and very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. There really was nothing they could improve on.

Very nice and helpful proprietor, comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely double family room (such a great idea), super easy parking!
