Beachy right near “Children’s” Beach, near town and walking distance from Ferry.
Abbiamo quasi finito di ristrutturare e di recente arredare questa vecchia casa sulla spiaggia proprio vicino alla famosa spiaggia "dei bambini" con il guscio della banda, a pochi passi dal battello della nave a vapore e proprio in centro. Siamo proprio vicino al bordo di Brant Point più vicino alla città. Passeggia a casa dalla cena e dai cocktail. Siamo a meno di un isolato dal porto e dalla spiaggia. Siamo lontani dai grandi buffet del White Elephant Hotel e dal famoso sushi di Lola 41.
Il cortile della nostra graziosa casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni è circondato da siepi di ligustro e si sente abbastanza privato. Abbiamo un posto auto nel vialetto. (Chiedi informazioni sull'uso del nostro super divertente Moke elettrico per girare in città in grande stile!). La casa ha l'aria condizionata centralizzata. Il nostro cortile ha una griglia a gas, tavolo e sedie e doccia esterna in modo da poter lasciare la spiaggia alle spalle. Pensiamo che amerai la nostra vecchia casa e soprattutto la posizione!

The location of this property is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the vibrant Brandt Point neighborhood, its a stone's throw away from some amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches. The property itself is a gem! The home is well appointed, modern appliances, and tasteful decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. We spent countless hours in the yard for family dinners!
What truly set this experience apart was the property owners. They are incredibly responsive and accommodating. From the moment we expressed interest in the property, they were communicative and provided all the information we needed; making the entire renting process smooth and enjoyable. After Madaket and Mid Island, I've settled on Brant Point as my go to. While I bring a car, I like the ability to go to town at will. This house was great, we had already book for stroll so we are pleased. Host was amazing, great check in info so you know the score before you come over. Don't bring a big car, or use street parking as it's hard to get in and out of spot.

We had a lovely few days at Beachy. We loved the in-town location and proximity to Children's Beach, Jetties Beach, shops, historic district, ferry—and Stop n Shop! The decor is delightfully updated and has a fun Miami vibe. Kitchen was spacious and although we didn't cook much, it was perfect for reheating prepared foods and serving a toddler. We walked to the Brant Point Grill which, although pricey, is great for kids as they can play on the lawn. The front yard swing was an added bonus for our toddler, and the beds were super comfy :) Although we did not have a car, the driveway was spacious for one car, so that's a real advantage for a longer stay. We'll be back!!!!

This house is the perfect little getaway house. The location is amazing, 5minute walk to town and to the beach. It has a nice little front yard with table to sit outside, the house is clean, has everything you would need for a getaway to Nantucket. Highly recommend, we look forward to staying again here in future! Thank you!!

Beautiful property with very convenient location just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Every convenience for a happy stay was included. Decor is beautiful and the kitchen was thoughtfully arranged . Nespresso and filter coffee makers were a delightful touch.

We came to the place based on the listing but found that the pictures did not do it justice. The owners were nice and respectable, and the property was just right. It's in a quiet part of the town, away from the hustle and bustle but less than five minutes walk from downtown. You couldn't ask for more. I believe we will be back.

This was an adorable beach house- within walking distance to downtown, the beach (Jetties/Childrens) and some great restaurants (LoLa 41). The property manager was very responsive on any questions/issues we had. We stayed off season (end of October) and were very comfortable.

What a great little cottage. Very nicely updated and fit my family perfectly. It was great having an off street parking space on the property, but at the same time, it is so close to downtown, it is also a very easy walk to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The house is clean and well equipped for ones rental. There’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms and an efficient and well appointed kitchen. Additionally there are two TV’s. The house is walking distance to many great restaurants, the ferry and the historic and charming town with wonderful stores. I have stayed in this house 4 times over the past few months for work and look forward to booking it each time I come to Nantucket.

This was a quick holiday trip to island to celebrate holidays with family and friends. It was Absolutely Perfect. Location, amenities, easy jaunt to town, perfect for running routes along waterfront down town, no car needed! House was clean, a little drafty but the heating worked great and they had an electric fireplace that actually put heat out. Upstairs was cozy, bedroom downstairs was great.

Home is in a perfect, walkable location to town and beaches. Home worked well for our needs (2 couples, 1 infant) with 2 bedrooms / bath up and 1 bed / bath down and a nice little outdoor space and functional kitchen. I would only note the downstairs bedroom is a little awkward with the back door opening into the bedroom, but we largely used the front entry after collecting the key so no big deal. Ceilings upstairs have a serious slant with the roof line, so just watch your head. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great place to spend a couple nights if planning on dining out and walking around town. Considering the location, spacious enough and kept tidy - bedrooms are comfortable and main floor is open, nice area to relax. Front yard is small, but we enjoyed sitting outside and watching traffic in/ out of town. Look forward to staying again.

My family of 6 stayed here for a week in July - we have 4 kids. The cottage location is wonderful in terms of being in walking distance of the town and Children's Beach, etc. For our first time visiting Nantucket that was a positive. However, the listing doesn't convey how 'cozy' the cottage is in my opinion. It does have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs but the bedrooms are very tight with vaulted ceilings that we kept hitting our heads on. There isn't a lot of space for spreading out with 6 people staying there. The master bathroom on the main floor is tiny as well. There isn't a powder room or a half bath so everyone either needs to use the upstairs bathroom or go through the master to get to the master bathroom. The house provides ample convenience but not but not much space. The owner was very responsive to questions we had during our stay, and the house was clean and had plenty of towels etc. I would recommend for fewer than 6 people personally.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for the Elin Hilderbrand Bucketlist weekend because the Nantucket Hotel was sold out. We are so glad we did! It was so nice to have space to spread out yet only be a half block away from the hotel.
The owners were so very accommodating. Those of you who know what it’s like traveling to ACK in the winter know that the weather can change in a split second making it hard to get on or off island. The owners were so kind about letting us get in early! Plus, it was a pleasure meeting Sam.
I definitely plan to use one of their rental properties in the future!

New Years Eve in ACK
We stayed at this property for a few days after Christmas for New Years Eve. The location of the property cannot be beat as it is walkable to everything downtown. As far as the property itself it has everything that you need for a small group (comfortable beds, furniture, nicely decorated etc.). Communication and check in was also a breeze, would definitely stay here again!!
