I am in Cyprus for work so I need everything to be in working order. The property as before was in immaculate condition with all appliances etc. working perfectly. Could not have wished for better apartment and also even though personally did not pay for the accommodation it was real value for money. I have on several occasions payed double in the past only to find the accommodation in an appalling state and bearing no resemblance to the photographs or description. Cannot recommend this apartment enough.

Returned to the apartment for the 3rd time and as always excellent. Stunning views, very peaceful and relaxing. Owner is always very helpful.

We stayed here as our son is based at Episkopi Garrison great apartment loved the area. Places to eat Bunch of grapes excellent food and service also Michaels Steakhouse couldn’t fault it just and amazing experience

Stunning views from the appartment. Cathie was excellent at communicating with us and very helpful. We also know the cleaning company who were also very helpful and adapting to our requirements.

Bel appartement, vraiment très bien équipé et doté d'une grande terrasse avec vue sur montagne et mer. Le ménage n'était pas parfait par contre et le bruit des canalisations d'eau très bruyant et gênant, notamment avec les enfants qui dorment. La propriétaire avait prévenu dans un guide d'accueil mais après la possibilité d'annuler la réservation, ce qui est dommage. Par ailleurs, la literie n'est malheureusement pas super... La propriétaire est très aidante par contre. On aurait volontiers relouer à cet endroit sans ces quelques soucis.

Excellent property which was well furnished and unlike many in Cyprus everything worked and was in good order. Would book again without hesitation.

This is our second stay at this apartment having stayed here previously in October 2019. The apartment is in a great location, being just a 10 minute walk from Pissouri village square, that has a good selection of restaurants and bars. The balcony of this apartment is amazing with wonderful views up to the Trudos mountains and down to the sea at Pissouri Bay. A great place just to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and take in the view. Excellent quiet pool to the front of the property. Will definitely be back.

This is the second time we have rented this property and it was easily as good as are first trip in May 2019. It was very clean on arrival and the check in process was seamless. Kathie also provided useful guidance for completion of the Cypress Government Safe Pass covid documentation. It was great chilling with a gold glass of wine on the fantastic outside patio as the weather was perfect.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in this penthouse apartment. The uninterrupted views over the countryside down to the bay were fantastic. The elevated position often meant there was a cooling breeze in the afternoon too. The well-furnished balcony wraps around the apartment and so you can chase the sun (or shade) all day until it disappears behind the hills. The block appears to be mainly residential and we had the pool to ourselves during our entire stay. The parking space is a little tight if all the other residents cars are parked but we got our hire car safely in and out with a little care. Cathie and her on-site team were easy to communicate with and keen to help resolve anything. The village centre is easily reachable on foot, although a little hilly in places and has a fair few tavernas and a lovely cocktail bar with panoramic views. I would certainly return to this apartment again.

A peaceful location on the edge of a traditional Cypriot village this apartment is in walking distance of the Village Centre where there are sufficient restaurants and bars. We usually chose to drive up the hill and use the very handy amphitheatre car park. The apartment terrace area is huge and you can choose to be in the sun or shade at any time of the day. Views from the terrace and lounge window are truly breathtaking. You need to take into account the apartment is two floors above ground and there is no lift. You do have a private parking space and although access can be a little tricky there are other options in the immediate vicinity. This is a great base for exploring Southern Cyprus. Unfortunately our vacation was in March 2020 and was cut short due to the Coronavirus, however the support and understanding we received from the property owner, Cathie, was absolutely 5 star. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

Amazing views and very well equipped which meant for a very comfortable stay. The only downside was the weather unfortunately which was outside of anyone's control !

Clean, modern with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. The outside space is amazing and the apartment is only a ten minute walk to Pissouri Square restaurants and bars.

Stayed at Cathie’s apartment for 2 weeks at end of October. Clean, tidy, all equipment you would need in the apartment. Balcony at both front and rear of the property so sunshine from breakfast until the sun goes down. View of Pissouri bay is fantastic and lovely to sit out on the comfy furniture enjoying the view. Quiet location within easy walking distance of Pissouri village square where there is a good choice of restaurants and bars. Cathie was great in communications in preparation for our trip. Would highly recommend.

Hello. Our trip went well. We listened to you trying to see a lot of things Kikos, Kourion, Nicosia, the turtle beach ..... Very beautiful island. We were lucky to have quiet, quiet and French neighbors. Which allowed to rest too. whew We left some food in the fridge. Thank you for everything.

We had a brilliant stay at Cathie’s apartment in Pissouri. All communications before our trip were excellent. We found it easily with the instructions and the keysafe system worked well. Tim had got us some shopping in too as we arrived late - he popped round the next day to check we were ok and we paid him then for the shopping. Apartment was very clean and tidy, everything we needed in the kitchen too. The balcony is the true winner here though, the view of the bay is wonderful and there’s plenty of room to sit out on the comfy furniture or on sun loungers. 2 pools to choose from too. Pissouri village has some great tavernas, lots of local food to choose from. We’d also recommend walking to Pissouri bay (nature trails not road), go to Aphrodite’s Rock on an evening for sunset followed by dinner at the village of Kouklia. A wonderful holiday!

This was the 2nd time we stayed here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The apartment has everything you need, whether you eat out or eat in. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV (with UK channels), DVD, fast wi-fi are all there if you need them. The furniture is comfortable and four of us stayed a week with plenty of space for all and no falling over each other. Not a place for anyone with mobility problems, as there are only stairs to the 2nd floor and a short steep hill to climb into the village square, but once you make it to the apartment, you have a fantastic view of Akrotiri Bay and the surrounding hills and plains. This was our main reason for returning. The weather is great in September, we had 30 degrees everyday, although this was a little higher than usual. Pissouri is a lovely village if you want to avoid hundreds of tourists. There is a a local ex-pat community so there is no language barrier There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from cheap to mid-range prices and the staff are all friendly. Once out of the village square the place is very quiet at night. No traffic noise, loud music or drunken tourists to disturb you on the balcony while you end the night star watching.

The apartment was much more than I expected, it was spacious, light, very well equipped and ideally placed, either a short walk to the village or a short drive to the sea. The view was spectacular. Without hesitation I would both stay again and recommend the apartment.

The apartment was everything we could hope for. The outside terrace was lovely with stunning views to the valley and sea. Inside, there was everything you need for a great holiday. Rita and Tim ( who look after the apartment) could not be more helpful. A holiday to remember and s place we'll come back to again.

My sister and I stayed here in order to simply relax and chill out for a week whilst visiting my son. We had initially planned to go to the beach most days but the fantastic wrap around patio gave us all day and evening sun so we stayed put. There was a large dining table and chairs, wicker furniture and large windup parasol on main balcony which had a panoramic sea view. There was also a bistro set on rear balcony to catch the evening sun. Sun beds were also available. We didn't use the pool but it was obviously clean. The apartment itself was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We walked into Pissouri square most evenings for local food and wine. There are several great little tavernas and people are really welcoming. O Vrakas bazouki night was a highlight! A car is essential if you want to go sightseeing or visit The Mall. However nothing beats waking at dawn to watch the sun rise over the horizon followed by a cool morning walk around this fantastic hilltop village. This was my third visit to Cyprus in twelve months and Cathie's apartment is the best place I've stayed. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the apartment which was extremely clean and tidy and spacious. Access to Wifi was important and organised by the owner at a small cost. The view from the verandah was breathtaking and every morning we watched the sun rise. The detailed information from the owner was bang on and there was some good additional information in the apartment. The apartment is well placed for access into Pissouri Village: a short 10 minute walk up a small hill is perfect to build the appetite before accessing some wonderful tavernas. The location was perfect for us as it sat between Paphos and Limassol and we were able to visit both friends and sites in both locations. We had a fabulous two weeks and didn't want the holiday to end. Our friends visited for a couple of days and they too were blown away by the view and the weather - their first visit to Cyprus. We will be back again next year! Simply fantastic!

Wonderful apartment! Incredible terrace with views of the mountains and the sea. The apartment has everything you need and more. The public swimming pool, which is almost like your own. Cathie - very caring, very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Our family loved this place.

This apartment is well furnished immaculately clean and has everything you need to enjoy a break in Cyprus. We all had a fantastic time and this apartment exceeded our expectations and was a perfect base from which we could explore Cyprus. We have just come back from a wonderful 2 week holiday feeling totally replenished but we are missing it already.There are great local amenities fantastic local restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes.We would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a real taste of Cyprus.
