We had a great stay here and highly recommend. The place was very very clean which I appreciate and the walk into town was quick, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Upstairs couch bed was comfy, too! Stay here.

Our family of 5 adults were all extremely comfortable here. The home was very clean and had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs for our beach outing. Parking was convenient and easy. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied, tv-family room area roomy. We loved everything about it including being able to easily walk to downtown Mystic. It was a great spot for us to comfortably be together for our visit to the area!

The property is beautiful- accommodations are clean and have everything you could need. It is walking distance to downtown. The property owner is very communicative and helpful. All around our stay was fantastic and everything we could’ve hoped for!

As parents of a cadet athlete at the USCGA having a clean, safe, dependable place to stay when coming up for quick trips to see our son is invaluable! Our hosts communicated perfectly and everything was fantastic! Love this house and location and we will be back many times over over the next 3 years! Thank you!!!!!

Property was amazing! Winter weekend getaway with friends. Super clean, updated, every little thing we needed was there (coffee maker, filters, wine openers, ice) Beds were super comfortable and linens very comfy and clean. Perfect location to walk to town to shops and bars/restaraunts. We couldn't have asked for more! Super easy communication with hosts. Would recommend and will stay again! 5 stars!

Wonderful stay!
We had a great stay and everything was perfect. Such an amazing location for walking downtown mystic. Family friendly and couldnt ask for a better location. The owner was friendly, very communicative and helpful. A must stay!

Best location in mystic
We had such a great time in mystic while staying at this house. We had a 1 and 3 year old and the super short walk to downtown was fantastic for us and them. The two bedrooms are very spacious. We fit a blow up toddler bed and a pack in play in the room with two double beds with ease. The primary bedroom is also spacious even with a king size bed. The kitchen/living room area was homey and the big table was great for family dinners. We also took advantage of the bistro table on the deck out front. The one suggestion I’d say is to add a deadbolt on the main door. The keypad entry is so easy and so great to not have to carry any keys for the house but with kids, it was a draw for them to open the door when we were in the house which was a little too easy. We just put a chair in front of the door and the problem was solved but just something for future families to know. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend this property to families and couples. The location just can’t be beat!

Great location, cute house!
We took our toddlers on a little getaway and it was the perfect spot. Lots to do, nice yard to run around in and play with sticks (as kids love to do!). Host was so easy to be in touch with. Very responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for all the activities in downtown Mystic! Loved that our hosts provided some eggs, milk and juice to get the morning started after a long drive to Mystic.

Perfect Location!
This two bedroom property was perfect for our few days in Mystic. Located in a quaint little neighborhood within walking distance from Mystic Pizza. The house was so comfortable in every way, complete with everything one would need including beach towels and boogie boards for our day at Misquamicut Beach. Highly recommend Sift Bakery with its fabulous breads, pastries and desserts. Captain Daniel Packer Inne was another new venture for us with its old history. A big thank you to our hosts! Love the property with attention to the details that made our visit to Mystic very memorable. Thank you!!

Perfect Location for Visiting Mystic
Chris & Ale’s two-bedroom cottage was better than expected! Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and a good bathroom with great water pressure. The hosts left OJ & milk & coffee & water & cooking oils & spices — though only being there for two days meant we did not really cook. The cottage is located in an extremely quite area, but a less than 5 minute walk to Mystic town center, with many restaurants & shops. It’s a very quick drive to the Mystic Seaport Museum — which everyone should visit. Overall this cozy cottage was just perfect for a visit to the Mystic area. We would definitely return.

Comfortable and well equipped
It exceeded our expectations. Very quite street while being 2 min walk to town center. The fridge was stocked with local milk, OJ and eggs. Perfect for a quick breakfast on a rainy day. Beds and pillows are comfy and fresh. It treated us very well during this cold and rainy memorial’s day weekend. Thank you.

Perfect location
If you are visiting Mystic with a family this house is perfect. You can walk to downtown district and playgrounds. The house was in a nice area and had all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this house to stay in.

Cozy Stay in Great Location
This quaint cottage cottage had all the comforts of home. All the extra touches like good coffee, breakfast foods, and tons of cozy blankets made the stay extra nice. The cottage is a short walk away from cute shops and the drawbridge in Mystic. We plan to stay here again.

Perfect Mystic Oasis
This property was the perfect place to stay for a peaceful fun filled vacation. The property is excellent in that it is decorated in a sophisticated manner, expertly laid out, conveniently located to any and all things you might want to do in Mystic (plenty of walkable activities and others are a quick drive away), and has everything you need. What's more, the owners are great with communication -- both the instructions and welcome book included within the house were exactly what's needed, and the owners respond promptly to messages. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay (with my children) and when we return to Mystic we will book this same house again.

Excellent spot for couples and small families!
This place was a find! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, on a quiet street, and the space was impeccably clean. We are a family of four and it was perfect for us for a long weekend visit, though we would love to come back for a full week and see more of the area.
The owners were very responsive and the house itself has some nice features like the heat blower in the bathroom installed directly above the shower curtain so you never feel cold when you get out of the shower, beautiful dishes and sharper image knives, and the softest towels and sheets, with Hershey kisses left on everyone’s pillows upon arrival.
We did not want to leave and will be recommending this property to friends and family!

Mystic gem
This house is exactly as advertised and more, the owners were wonderful to deal with and even provided a few grocery staples. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to everything, we didn’t use our cars all weekend. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quaint home in charming neighborhood
We loved this home and that it was a short pleasant walk to town, full of lovely restaurants and shops. We will try to come back in the summer so we can take advantage of the lawn games provided!

Great home !
We've rented several properties in Mystic over the years and this is by far the best experience we've had. The home is very well located; easy walking distance to all of downtown Mystic. The kitchen and furnishings were all very nice and the king bed was perfect. Would definitely return.

Mystic VRBO
This was our first experience using a VRBO. There were no hidden surprises, and the home was exactly as represented online. Communication with the owner was simple and their responses were very prompt. The home was super clean and the location was very close to downtown as desired. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again and am already contemplating the next visit. This home is perfect if you are looking for a 2 bedroom home that is close to downtown. It truly accommodates up to 6 people for sleeping accomodations and the home is well maintained and current with WiFi, security and cable. The kitchen is completely stocked with all appliances you could want. Terrific place!!

Awesome stay!
This was probably the most relaxed vacation we have had as a family. The house was just what we expected. The photographs very accurately depict the house. The beds were very comfortable, as was the layout of the house. Nothing beats a king-sized bed when on vacation! It was such a pleasure to be able to sleep in and take the mornings at our own pace because the kitchen was set off the bedrooms such that you never heard when someone was making their breakfast. There were plenty of towels and cooking supplies. The homeowners left us the fixings for breakfast, which was a nice bonus. They were also very responsive whenever we had questions, such as where they recommended we go to do our grocery shopping. The house was a very close to the famous Mystic Pizza and many other stores and restaurants (though there is a very steep hill in between! Better than a gym.). We had a wonderful stay and, without a doubt, would hope to stay at this home again whenever we return to Mystic.

Wonderful, will be returning!
We spent a wonderful five days at this Mystic house. It is very clean, with an excellent layout, all the essentials and in a super location. Among the many things we liked were the option to have the air conditioning on or to open the wide windows to get great cross-breezes. We also enjoyed the veranda with its small table and chairs – a lovely spot where one can read or eat and watch the world go by.
Chris and Ale were very easy hosts to deal with and provided us with efficient and accurate communication. And we were very impressed that they asked us for any suggestions we had to make their already great place better. Their thoughtfulness and professionalism was much appreciated and we’ve already booked a repeat stay for next summer!

Great little spot when staying in Mystic
This is the perfect house that gives you the feeling of being close to town while also being in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It was great to be able to just walk out the door and head to town to get a coffee or spend time in the bookstore. We took a ferry to Block Island, kayaked in the Mystic River, shopped in Mystic, found wonderful eateries, and just enjoyed being in Mystic. The house is comfy & cozy, but not too small. We used to front porch a lot for early morning reading over breakfast, reading, and talking in the beauty of neighboring homes. House is well supplied with nice linens, supplies and furniture. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the owners are super responsive to questions and needs; I would have liked to have met them.

Cozy, great location, excellent hospitality
I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Right from the start, Chris sent us lots of information on the area and was very responsive and friendly. The house is so well stocked, better than any rental we've used before and the food they offered to leave was such a nice touch. The house had a pack n play and high chair which was so convenient for us with two littles!
The house was clean and so comfortable. It is an easy walking distance to downtown and has side walks so we could easily travel with the kids using a stroller. We walked down multiple times to go to shops, playgrounds, river walk and watch the draw bridge.
Aquarium and Olde Mistick are only 5 minutes by car. Seaport and beaches are similarly convenient! We also drove 20 minutes to the Dinosaur Place which was a blast!
Talked back and forth with Ale, usually about motherhood craziness, they are fantastic hosts! I felt like we were just staying at a family members home. Our toddler and baby didn't even seem phased to not be home, slept like rocks and I attribute that to how cozy they've made this place.
Our last night we were able to watch fireworks from the front deck! We will definitely be back, hopefully soon. We were sad to leave!

Lil getaway to Mystic
We just loved this place. It was perfect for the 4 of us and we enjoyed the beautiful town of mystic. The aquarium was so much fun and the shops in town were charming. Our hosts rocked - and we will definitely go back :)

Such a great location, what a warm and inviting space
This cozy cottage was exactly right for our reunion in Mystic! The place was well appointed with all the necessary amenities and so convenient for walking down to the water and seeing the sites. The host was responsive and so welcoming. Would love to be there again!

We had a great stay. The house is at a great location, very comfortable and clean, with lots of useful supplies. It was ideal for us. And a big plus as far as the younger members of the party were concerned was the big tub of lego!
