We had a very nice stay, the apartment was beautiful

The location is fantastic if you want proximity to Sorrento, but feel non touristy and overlooks the local church and playground. The most popular Gabrielle's Gelateria is on the perpendicular street and is massively popular with locals. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of utensils - you can cook like youre at home. A decently-sized and modern bathroom, with lots of towels. The bed is comfortable. There's a vibrant little local abiut about a 10 minute walk (difficult to access with small children, but lovely nonetheless). The supermarket, Conad, is about a 10 minute walk away. A laundromat is about a 3 minute walk and is self-service.

We booked the superior apartment and were given the standard one. No one from booking.com has acknowledged/rectified the error. This is a studio, not one bedroom, as there is no proper separation from the living area, which isn't ideal with small children, so you end up with the sofa bed on the cusp of the kitchen and living area. It would be nice to have basics like salt/pepper in an otherwise well-equipped kitchen. Building is old, so still a few steps to get to the tiny elevator, which barely fit our small travel pram, though the apartment is on the first floor, so still walkable. Communication on how to gain entry could have been better, as I had to call myself, where most apartments these days send details in advance, so you can be organised and have time to ask questions if confused. Parking can be difficult in this part of town.

Luigi and his wife are amazing hosts. I had a health emergency and they took their bike and brought an ambulance to our place. We are so grateful!

Great size and very clean, the owner was so lovely and left a gift for our 3 year old daughter.

Super lovely small town, host helped us get the Vespa ride and shared their fav local spots.

We had a wonderful stay in the pretty Appartement in Vico Equense. good located, around the Place are nice restaurants and Bars. The welcome from the host Cristian was perfect, he had a lot of tips.

There was a change of management. Communication was not professional. Not as promised on booking. Payment was taken in advance not like stated on booking half before and half at property. Dust mites on the floor.

The apartment is the upper class and has all equipment for comfortable staying. We were really satified with the level of services rendered by White Apartments.
