The apartment is relatively large

During our stay we would wake up to one of the following: loud construction at 7 in the morning, no hot water, or no water at all. Bear in mind that we stayed here for 5 days, so this was not a one off case. When I informed the host about the issues, she brushed it off and didn't think it was a problem. On the third day I asked the host if she could compensate us for part of our stay; she said no, but brought us "the best pastries". We stayed in the bottom unit which was old, run down, and sort of dungy. The windows are incredibly thin, so you can hear everything that is happening in the courtyard. Regarding breakfast, this is the biggest joke, because she gives you a card to a cafe which is valid for a coffee and a croissant. Of all my stays across Italy, that is not the definition of breakfast. Also, there is no "beach view".

I loved that is was at a great location, easy to get to the best restaurants, gelateria, train station and beaches. The host is lovely and had a list of activities, tours and places for us to visit, which helped us a lot! I strongly recommend it and can’t wait to go back to Vico Equense!

Because of how the apartments are set, you can hear your neighbors when they shower or are in the bathroom. But once we closed the bedroom door that goes to the laundry area the noise went away.

The location of the property is perfect, in Vico Equense but very quite and private with no traffic noise

great home base for exploring the sorrento and Amalfi coast it is not over crowded with tourist, a lovely town with beautiful views

Teresa is one of the best hosts, she was always available and helpful. She welcomed us with the best sweets in town when we arrived and sent us away with a thoughtful parting gift. She gave us great tips on where to eat (Gelateria Gabriele was especially superb!) The flat has all the amenities you would need on holidays. We really had the chance to experience Vico Equense like a local.

This is not a comment on the flat but for the town: Reaching the beach was a challenge. The closest beach is Sporting Beach which we were supposed to reach by an elevator but we never managed to find that elevator! Teresa gave us directions, we asked in the reception of the Sporting Hotel, we asked to locals. We tried several times to locate it but alas! We never found it :)

Friendly host, welcomed with some speciality from the area and chilled water on arrival:). Milk and variety biscuits for breakfast. Perfect location with shops, great cafes (loved cafe' Zerilli) and restaurants with amazing food. The 2 beaches were excellent in particular (antico bagno delle sirene). Beautiful area! I recommend it!!

Location, and coffee shop across the street. Vico Equense is a fantastic town. Our hostess made sure that all our needs were met from late arrival to our activity schedule

very helpful owner. very large and comfortable flat. perfect location. Vico Equense is a lovely town to stay if you visit Napoli and Seranto. free parking was not far from the flat and was huge plus. it was realy good stay.
