No Functioning Tv. Bed too small. Apt tired. No curtain on front door.

The property is bright, clean and in a lovely location with a friendly, helpful manager. It is well equipped with a tastful simple decor.
The double bed wad was very comfortable.
It could do with some maintenance upgrade in the bathroom, i.e. replacement of loose, sliding toilet seat, a working extractor to keep the shower area fresh and the mattress in the small room was lumpy.
People, who like to watch TV, might like it to work.

Bernie was excellent, very kind and extremely helpful.
Great location.
Needs updating, bathroom had mold and very run down and needs to be managed with mold.
Crack on hob needs to fixed covers whole hobb.
Recycling bin would be good also. This had been mentioned before.

it was spacious enough for 4 people, the kitchen/ living area was well laid out and there was a nice view
the bottom sheet on the double bed was worn, nobbly and uncomfortable for sleeping, the TV didn't work, I didn't actually cook, but we like porridge for breakfast, however, there was no brush for washing saucepans etc. I noted that the frying pan was quite burnt, the water pressure was very poor and we had to wait a considerable time for the cistern to fill to flush the toilet.

The apartment was very tired and needs a good deep clean. There was no attention to detail.

Bernie is a lovely friendly lady, who keeps the apartment spotless. Furniture is modern and beds have comfortable mattresses and bed linen. The location is ideal, with many shops and excellent restaurants nearby. Peaceful at night.
External steps behind lift area look very scruffy, which doesn't enhance the appearance of the complex. Front door to the apartment slams shut very easily, to the annoyance of one neighbour. Bathroom probably needs a little modernising.

Bernie was waiting to check us in she was so friendly and bubbly. The apartment had a gorgeous view from our kitchen living area. Tha apartment was clean, spacious and had all amenities we needed and the beds were cosy. The area at night was quiet lovely bars which provided food there was also a hotel close by which was bustling staff there were fantastic and food amazing.
No complaints.

Superb location on the Quay. Lovely view from the lounge window with small balcony. Spotlessly clean with every ameninity. Bars Restaurants, Shops at you fingertips but location is very quiet. Big thank you to Bernie a lovely lady who manages the property. , Although no on site parking plenty of public parking on the doorstep. Apartment on the first floor but there is a lift.

Apartment was good apart from its bathroom which badly needs an upgrade ,bath chiped, seal discoloured, tile grout mouldy and off colour and had a bad mouldy smell

Location was the best thing about the property
It was small and very dated. Only one bathroom and the toilet did not work properly. Disappointed

Great location to Westport House and cafes/restaurants. Was good for 2 adults and 2 kids, as we were hardly in the apartment with so much to do. The TV did not work, but not an issue if you bring a tablet for movies for the kids.Very clean and Bernie who met us with the keys was very helpful

I loved everything about this apartment! The facilities and location was perfect for our stay in Westport. Beautiful view looking on to Clew bay. Great bars and restaurants right on our doorstep. Could not have asked for more 😊
