La nostra casa è una casa per famiglie, non fumatori, 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni in stile ranch costruita nel 2000. Dormirà 6 comodamente con un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale, un letto queen size nella seconda camera da letto, 2 letti singoli nella terza camera da letto. As always a extraordinary clean home with ample parking for two trucks and boats. Highly recommended location, Sara and Mike are great hosts , this was our fourth year there and it gets harder and harder every year to leave for home. Can’t wait until next year

We have stayed here for several years now. It is is a quiet area with nice neighbors. Short drive to anywhere on the island. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and to relax quietly in different areas of the house. The back porch is a great hangout. Thanks again to the owners for years of memories.

We enjoyed the inside of the property, but the outside including the screened-in porch could have been cleaner. Lots of cobwebs etc.
The beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. When I booked the stay, I didn’t realize there was a golf car and we weren’t permitted to use. It was confusing about what we were to do with the garbage. One place in the instructions it said to put it in the garbage can at the end of driveway and in another place it said for us to dispose of it.
We would rent it again. Loved being right on the island

A beautiful cottage on a quiet street near the water! It was nicely done and has everything a person could want for a quiet getaway.

We love Kelleys have been here many times. Hiking, beaches, bicycling, there are lots of family oriented things to do. Our rental was quiet and close to everything. It was as described with lots of amenities. The porch was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and very private.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our trip to Kelly’s Island! Here are the Pros and Cons we found at this particular VRBO:
Pros:
- showers/toilets and beds were clean
- back porch was an amazing place to relax
- plenty of parking
- quiet street
- yard was nicely kept
- fire ring area was a nice feature
- although we didn’t read or play any games, it’s nice they offered plenty of books and games
- appreciated the recommendations of places to see on the island
Cons:
-diningware was dirty (some of which had been put away in the cupboard dirty)
- crumbs on the seats (couches/armchairs and dining chairs)
- floors were not swept/vacuumed
- the soaking tub had some sort of drip stains, we didn’t feel comfortable using it
- tables, counters, and fridge were sticky and dirty; we ended up wiping down most of the kitchen to feel comfortable
- coffee machine was covered in grease and had old grounds
- wood pile was not as advertised in the pictures (almost all the wood was gone and what was left was covered by brush and some poison ivy)
- some of my family members felt the beds were uncomfortable

We had a wonderful "repeat" stay here. It is always clean, comfortable, and convenient. The porch cannot be beat. We are so comfortable, and appreciate the care that Sarah and Mike demonstrate with this property. Love it!

All around perfect!
This property was exactly as listed and exactly what we were looking for! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the screened in porch was the perfect place for us to relax and chat each evening. This was the first time we have invited friends to the island for our annual trip and the house was the the perfect size for our group. The owners were very pleasant to communicate with. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Broken
We were unable to access the television. Two of the lamps did not have working knobs. They were frozen. By the time we left, the back door lock could not be opened. I had to pound the key in and use pliers to get it out. We could not find any games that were complete; we created a set of dominoes by adding spots to other tiles, the bathtub between the two bedrooms did not have a working hot water faucet.

Just what we were hoping for. Group of friends returning after many years to see the island. Very quiet, well stocked and close to all the things we wanted to do. Excellent stay!

Paradise
We really loved staying at this property, close to downtown but situated on a quiet residential street. Great working air conditioning, a well stocked kitchen and a very cozy atmosphere. The tub in the main bathroom was so luxurious to us! The large screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or listening to the rain and thunder. Property owners were there to answer any questions on the phone and welcoming.

Clean and comfortable
We stayed 3 days on Kelleys Island. The property was as advertised - clean, comfortable, and affordable. We spent most of our time checking out Kelleys Island and Put-in-Bay, so our time on the property was basically sleeping, showering and preparing some meals. Surprisingly, food and drink on the island was very affordable. Overall, we would stay on the property again.

Perfect Vacation
The house with a screened in porch on the back the full length of the house is an Island treasure! We had a nicely paced week and were able to relax in this wonderful home each day when we were done with our Island adventures. We love Kelleys Island and love this house. We highly recommend it.

Erie Fishing Trip
This property was perfect for what we needed. We had 2 trucks, 2 21ft boats, & 6 guys. We were all very comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning and supper every night. Couldn't have asked for a better place for the price & location

Fishing on Kelleyes island
This house was great for our group of fishermen. Large driveway for trucks and boat trailers. Very spacious house and very nice bathrooms. Extra freezer was a game changer for us. The screen porch is also fantastic. I will rent it again if I can!

Great to be back!
After missing our annual fishing trip last year, due to covid restrictions, it was great to get back to the island. This house is perfect for 2 groups of fisherman and we look forward to renting it every year. Sarah is always great to work with and answers all of our questions.

Excellent nice place
Extremely nice place. Communication was excellent excellent, house was well stocked on Extremely clean. This is an excellent property for sure, everything is basically new and abundant. Highly recommend to anyone, except for when I come back next fall for the fall brawl! Completely recommend without a single doubt
