This house was one of the most sadly neglected homes we have ever stayed in. It felt worn out and tired. There are years of grime and it needs a complete overhaul inside and out to be considered a decent rental. We felt like we were in Grandma’s old homestead. The photos were a complete misrepresentation. The heating and cooling system is a mess. There was a polar difference between the temperatures upstairs compared to downstairs. The decks are ridiculously high. (not mentioned in ad!) and a bit terrifying as they were rickety. We did not even attempt the hot tub. There were mouse droppings everywhere and centipedes. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and outside on the walkway. The upstairs bedrooms were organized and fairly clean though the upstairs bathroom was grimey. The kitchen was surface cleaned but don’t move anything or look too close. There were not enough towels, kitchen or otherwise. The garage area was sad. The downstairs king bed was quiet clearly not changed from the previous guest (hair, debris). The bathroom down there was dirty and black particles came out of the tub jets. The mother in law space smelled like gas and presented like an old closed up musty apartment. I felt bad assigning that room to some of my family. We cleaned the bathrooms somewhat ourselves, ignored the big picture, and did a lot of laundry. With that said, I think you should refund my cleaning bill! We aren’t fussy, city folk. We used to live in Lincoln, NM. It was disappointing

The house is in a great location. The upstairs living room was comfortable. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable, master bathroom jets are disgusting and have residue on them, dishes had residue on them from not being washed properly, there were no pool balls, the outdoor railing was missing some sections so not safe at all and the house had this odor to it like someone fries chicken in it on a daily basis. The house has lots of cosmetic damage and a grungy feel to it. I would not stay there again.

The house was very clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really our only complaint was trying to regulate the temperature. The downstairs master would be extremely hot and uncomfortable and the upstairs/main floor would be very cold in comparison. Tried several different setting on the thermostat and never could get a comfortable setting for the entire house. Definitely a great house for a large group just wish we could have figured that part out and it would have been perfect.

My wife and I wanted all our children, their spouses and our grandchildren (ages 5-19) to enjoy the New Year together. This cabin was the perfect spot. The views of the mountain were fantastic and all the areas were spacious so we could all have plenty of room to relax and enjoy. the location is perfect for going to the mountain and ski or downtown shopping. We really enjoyed the time together. The hot tub was nice to enjoy with the grand babies and also relax after a full day of fun. Two things I recommend packing before you go with a large group, good toilet paper (provided was paper thin) and a large pan to cook breakfast in the morning. The accommodations were above board and all had a great time. We will definitely consider staying again if we can get all together again.

Loved the house but the amenities weren’t up to par.. the hot tub was broken. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. The water would scold you in the shower. The kitchen utensils weren’t clean the bedding smelled of sweat and dirty hair and Customer Service was very rude and not helpful at all and actually hung up on me while I was telling him what was going on, I asked for a manager and the maintenance manager wouldn’t give me her name or put me in contact with her

This was a very nice property nestled amongst beautiful pine trees. Gaining access was super easy and much appreciated. The home was stocked pretty well. The only thing missing was a large pan for cooking. We had to buy our own. Also, the floorboards could have used a wiping down, and the pool table was super old and dingy. Otherwise, had a great time. It was very roomy and very comfy. We would return again.

We had a wonderful time at High Breeze! The cabin is beautiful, clean and very well equipped! We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table and loved the views from the deck. We also loved that each part of our family had their own space… we never felt like we were on top of each other. We will definitely be back!

I'm not sure about damages and not getting our deposit back. They must have had some terrible groups come in and broke rules, and did damage. Our group consists of 5 adults from 65-90. We didn't break any rules, or damage anything, but what bothers me is how do you prove you didn't do damage when it's already damaged. We didn't complain about anything. We were very comfortable, the house was plenty big enough, very quiet neighborhood, not too far from all our needs. I gave the girl in the office a list of all damages made by others and suggestions on things that need to be looked at. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was great! It could be a little cleaner (there was a moldy smell coming from the downstairs bathroom, lots of cobwebs and dust) otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. The place was big and the view was amazing.

Most of the dishes were dirty there weren’t blinds for in the kitchen window so sun would shine the other kitchen and make it very warm especially when cooking the sound volume in the tv was horrible it would go from extremely loud to when you were to turn it down a little you really couldn’t hear it so you had to turn it back up the mother in law quarter was warm no ac in there it would be certain temperatures throughout the house not enough washcloths in the house and we also had to call for more batteries for the remotes because they died i thought they would check all this before guests arrive

My family had plenty of room and space to be by themselves, and options of things to do without being "bored"!! I will definitely look into renting this unit again!! It felt like a home away from home!!

Luckily we had an inflatable air mattress so all 12 of our group had a place to sleep. I do feel the sleeper sofa should be replaced or the max occupancy reduced.

Family had a great time on our stay. Enjoyed the evenings on the decks. Kids really enjoyed the game room in the garage.

We came to celebrate our moms 70th birthday and it was a GREAT place to get snowed in. We enjoyed shopping at the local stores and wineries. Then we spent the next day inside playing games. We will definitely be back!

This property was nice, large and clean. We had 8 children varying from ages 5-13 who had a blast in the game room and playing outside.

Picturesque
This home has a view from the kitchen window directly at the snow covered mountains. We enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and relaxing in the hot tub. The location is in a very nice neighborhood with everything close in proximity. We fed a deer by hand the morning we left, right off the porch. It was great!

We had a wonderful time and were able to accommodate 12 comfortably. We had some rain so ping pong table and pool table were a hit
