We were so unhappy with the room/service we left without staying.
The only way to get fresh air into the room was to open French doors onto a flat roof. The photos of the room are misleading—the curtains are drawn to conceal the windows and flat roof. There was a smokers chair in the front with a small open container of cigarette butts. And the stairs needed a good vacuum.

Room was adequate with a big on suite bathroom which was quite nice and a big spacious shower cubicle.
Room was mostly clean.
Coffee and tea in the room.
Fridge in the room.
Two car parks close by £15 for a weekly ticket or £8.60 per day.
Had to eat out every day.
I put the spare blanket on top of the wardrobe and was showered with dust when I pulled it off.
The balcony door would not open.

The room was amazing with a lovely fan, the beds were clean and smelled amazing, along with the room having WiFi and Netflix on the tv. Great location near the zoo, aquarium, takeaways, restaurants, shops, beach and the park. Staff were very friendly and overall was great value for money
Everything was amazing, the shared bathroom was well kept and clean, there was no negatives.
