We loved everything about our stay - it was perfect in every way.

Couldn’t have picked a better location for our girls trip to Edgartown. The style of the house was excellent - made for a very relaxing weekend!

This home was the perfect location in Edgartown... close to town and Katama South Beach. The home was nicely appointed with Master Suite on Main, fireplace in Living Room, Bonus Lounge upstairs and an Entertainnent Room and Studio bedroom in Basement, and full-size washer and dryer. Yard is spacious for countless outdoor games and lounging on the lawn. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a visit to the beach. The only things missing are a pool, a bathroom for guests staying in the basement and bikes for strolling into town. Would recommend.

The house was great for fitting our group of 8 people and the location, 15 minute walk from Edgartown (not to mention right next to a llama farm) was perfect. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to the Vineyard. Thoroughly enjoyed the wedding and the family time. Beautiful place!

My fiance and I stayed here with two other couples for 4 nights and could not have been happier with the space. Check in/out was super easy, the house was just as listed and was really well decorated for a rental, and the location was perfect. Katama general store is right around the corner for snacks and the walk into Edgartown is short and easy. Highly recommend!

We LOVED staying here! The house was so nice and clean, and even more spacious than we expected. We easily fit 8 adults with plenty of space. The short walk to the Katama General Store was great as we only had one car amonsgst the 8 of us. We had a great weekend!

Our family came to MV for a wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The house was spotless and included everything we needed to have a peaceful stay. We would definitely come back and recommend this property to others.

Lovely house with lots of room to spread out. Beautiful kitchen and living room on main level. The basement area is large with a family room on one side and a king bed on the other. We used it as an office space as one of our group had to work. Another upstairs family room to hang out and watch tv. Back deck for morning coffee almost every day and the one day it rained put our camp chairs on the covered front porch. A breeze checking in and the owner was easy to contact and work with. But, I saved the best for last. The outdoor shower!!! Almost couldn't wait to get back from the beach just to jump in. My only suggestion would be a couple more kitchen towels and more importantly, a new wine bottle opener! Great week.

The property is a short walk to Katama General Store and in between South Beach and Edgartown. The backyard is large and wide open. Great for the kids to run around and rid themselves of excess energy. House itself was very clean and well provisioned. John was great leading up to and during our stay. Overall, wonderful experience. Thank you John.

Beautiful house with a perfect location!

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived, and we had more than enough space for 8 people. The outdoor area was very private and spacious. Perfect location to walk or bike to Edgartown with ease, and only a short drive to Oaks Bluff. Highly recommend.

This property is a great place for a larger family or group of friends to get away. The home is large and has plenty of space for hanging out together as well as places to get away from the group if needed. We had eight adults and we all had space to be. The home has solid wifi which was great since two of us still had do get some Zoom calls done. While it has central air, we didn't really need it during our trip prior to Memorial Day.The house is located about two miles from the beach and about the same distance to downtown Edgartown. The walk to the beach is a long, straight, flat walk. Great for long morning walks. Overall, it is a great location for all the island has to offer. Lots of great restaurants are close by as is shopping and a grocery store. The full kitchen with dishwasher allowed us to have some meals at home.There is a great deck and a nice large fenced in yard.There is plenty of parking for 3-4 cars which allowed us to bring a few cars so everyone could make their own daytime plans if desired.

This house was well maintained. A high chair was left out for my toddler, which I did not expect. Perfect for a large family to stay. It is on a main road but is private with the landscaping (large shrubs and trees). Also a large yard for activities. It is an 18 minute walk to downtown Edgartown and a 5 minute drive.

We booked this delightful home in Katama to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had members of our extended family join us for our weekend getaway including my 84 year old father and several 20-something kids. This wonderful home had everything we needed from several lovely decorated bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a big kitchen and dining area, a patio and expansive yard, and several family rooms to hang in, including a great finished basement. The property is located at the halfway point between Edgartown and South beach--both easily accessible on foot, bike or car. The house is on a quiet street and secluded behind beautiful hydrangea bushes. We made several family meals to share together and the kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of dining space. It was the perfect setting for a perfect birthday party! You won't be disappointed if you book this house for your next family gathering!

Great location between town and the beach. The house is amazon; everything new and clean with tons of space (and a huge yard). John was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely come back!

This house was perfect. The inside looks better than the photos and the yard is huge and great for activities. It's also a short walk to the general store for provisions and sandwiches.

We were a group of 8 women in for the MV half marathon. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful with plenty of room. John was readily available for any needs that arose. If we are lucky enough to return to the Vineyard, we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated house. There was plenty of living space for the five of us to enjoy spending time eating, relaxing and playing games. The house had everything we needed and more. The location of the house was just perfect. A nice walk to the beach and even closer walk into town. Edgartown is a charming town, unique shops, great restaurants, and nice pier where you can watch the fisherman or the "on time ferry". Walking to the corner from the house had a view of the llamas up close and just a little distance more a new coffee/restaurant store. We used the chairs in garage to take to beach, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. I wished I owned it , just a delightful home.

This lovely, clean home offers everything needed to ensure a comfortable, relaxing stay near Edgartown! The property is well appointed, spotless, and spacious enough for four couples, or a family, plus it contains additional fold out cots for extra guests. The open plan is bright and comfortable on the main level, and two additional seating areas ensure enough space for everyone to spread out. John could not have been nicer or more accommodating!

This home was impecibly clean and stocked with all of the necessities. We stayed for a wedding and the location was central to all of the places we needed to be. Close to the beach and to Edgartown. The owner, John, was very responsive during the booking process. Will definitely be back!

Loved our stay. The place is amazing, so big, open, the basement room / living room is like it's own condo. Short, beautiful walk into edgartown. We'll absolutely go again.
