Immaculate 4BR with Ideal Location - steps to Town and Beach.
Nuova casa fresca e confortevole in città con vista sul porto. Dispone di elettrodomestici di qualità, servizi, aria centrale e calore. "Spirit of '76" ha una posizione privilegiata: a pochi passi dalle insenature in cui abbondano kayak e birdwatching, a pochi minuti da ristoranti e negozi della città, e solo un breve viaggio in auto / bicicletta per l'aeroporto e le spiagge per il surf che sono state votate meglio in il mondo.
Primo piano:
Di fronte si dispone di un cortile ben curato, 2 posti auto e finestre colorate adornate con colori di stagione. Quando entri in casa ti viene offerto un piano piano amichevole e invitante. Alla vostra destra è un accogliente salotto privato e luminoso con porte francesi. Oltrepassi questa stanza in un ampio soggiorno perfetto per grandi riunioni in cui puoi intrattenere e cucinare allo stesso tempo. Un bar con refrigeratore per vino completa il tavolo da pranzo e la credenza per 7 persone. La cucina ha una stufa e forno a 5 fuochi Bertzionni italiani, frigorifero Sub-Zero, lavastoviglie Bosch, mobili in ciliegio e ripiani in marmo bianco italiano. Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice Fisher Paykel.
Goditi le serate sul ponte di mogano con panca che presenta un tavolo da pranzo in teak e 6 sedie più una griglia a gas. Il patio e il giardino in pietra sono circondati da ligustro e recinzione. La doccia esterna privata offre la finitura perfetta per una giornata in spiaggia con ACK. Due biciclette disponibili per l'uso a proprio rischio.

Awesome location, amenities (we loved the bikes/beach towels/chairs). Kitchen and grill are a perfect touch. Would highly recommend! Amy was super communicative/prompt and kind. So close to town (short walk or bike ride), right near the restaurants/shopping and not far from the beach!

Terrific house, beautifully appointed in nautical/ Nantucket themes. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. All on suite baths which was wonderful. Bikes available and this made a huge difference as Nantucket is a very bikeable island. Also free Wave bus was a plus and stops are close to house.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Spirit of 76. Amy is a kind and thoughtful host with a beautiful home that truly has everything you could ever need - a close walk to town, nearby beach that’s perfect for kids, a sweet little back patio with a large table for family dining - truly the perfect place for a family vacation. We had a blast!

Amy is a wonderful host and the property is perfect for groups.
The home layout is conducive to socializing and the furniture is comfortable for poor weather days when you need to stay inside. You might need a white noise App if you are a light sleeper because the roadside bedrooms can hear the large trucks that come by during the day (starting around 7:30 am). That is an easy solution and worth having proximity to town.
Overall, we loved the property and highly recommend it. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The Spirit of ‘76 house is a stunningly gorgeous property, and the perfect spot for our weekend on Nantucket. We comfortably fit our group of five, and we easily could have added more with the amount of space and amenities available to us. We loved that it was a short 10 minute stroll into town, and we took advantage of the bikes in the shed for some sightseeing. Our host Amy was a delight and communicated quickly up to and during our stay. We are already planning to return next summer for another weekend. Thank you!

The Spirit of 76 was a perfect house for a long weekend. The house sleeps 7 with 4 bedrooms and was just the right layout for our group. Multiple bathrooms and showers made it easy to get ready and the 10 minute walk into town allowed us to easily walk into town.
The house has all the amenities you would need and was very well kept.
Amy was a great host and was easy to get in contact with, and provided great instructions and was very attentive.
We would definitely book again!

Our family had a great stay at this home. It was myself, my husband and our 4 children under 12 years old. The location of the house was perfect for us, taking less than 10 minutes to walk into town. The house was super clean and well appointed. They had all the things that you would need for a beach vacation..beach chairs, towels, coolers, kadima paddles. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had such a great time, that we decided to extend our trip, and although the house was booked right after us, the host tried to help us find housing elsewhere.
We had a wonderful experience here and are already looking forward to next year!

We had a lovely stay in this home; it is comfortably laid out regardless of your group size and an easy walk to town when you wish to do so. It is an ideal home base location when you get all over the island as we do and a very clean and comfortable home to spend your down time in. Great water pressure, comfortable beds and the best stocked kitchen we have experienced. Thank you for having us!

Accurate listing; beautiful Nantucket decor with local artisan’s pieces such as Don Freedman. Main living room/kitchen with open floor plan downstairs as well as separate formal living room. Fabulous library with books on Nantucket, novels from classics to modern and some history as well. Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1/2 bath downstairs. Great showers/tubs. Super clean, well stocked kitchen with 6 gas burner industrial stove. . Thoughtful touches such as beach toys/towels/chairs/games. Central AC. Back of house with charming walled garden/sitting area/porch with huge grill.
Master bedroom has lovely view of the ocean and marshes and is quiet. Other bedrooms face Union Street, and there is a lot of traffic noise/lights at night; might bother some. All beds/bedrooms with nice linens/mattresses, beautiful decor, spacious dressers/closets.
Parking spots can be challenging to back out of as Union street is the main route into town; however, someone eventually lets you in (unlike Boston where I’m from.) But this might be a consideration if you’re not used to traffic/tight parking.
Owner was very responsive, great communication. Our favorite house so far in Nantucket; we highly recommend it & would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Amy's home! We were a group 5 girlfriends, who were looking for a peaceful, fun weekend, and Amy's home delivered all the necessities. She recommended a small private beach around the corner from the house, which was great for an evening cocktail! We walked to and from town several times a day and enjoyed the back patio for drinks and apps! The house itself was stunning and clean! I hope to return in the future!

Amy was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the booking process, check-in, and beyond. Her home is absolutely beautiful, and a wonderful place for a group. The location cannot be beat, as you can walk to town, the grocery store, and several restaurants.

We had the perfect stay at Amy’s property. The place was immmaculately clean and exactly described. It’s the perfect location—short walk to town and local transportation to other parts of town, near a cute little beach perfect for a picnic, and plenty of space to play games with friends or enjoy the salt air in the backyard. The six of us came to Nantucket as first time visitors and we can't wait to come back! Amy was great with communication and the house was perfect! We were within walking distance of everything we needed. All six of us enjoyed our weekend and had no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at Spirit of ‘76 during our Christmas Holiday! The home was exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable, and perfectly located. It could not have been a better experience! The view of the harbor from the main bedroom was beautiful and the downstairs is laid out nicely for families.
Amy was a wonderful host! She made sure we were able to find everything we needed and she was very helpful.

This property really has it all - an unbeatable location, large living area, private backyard, and so much more. The property is accessible to town (10-minute walk) and to so many restaurants that are a bit outside of town (Pi Pizza, Wicked Island Bakery, Island Kitchen). There's also a lovely walking path behind the property which is great for getting a breath of fresh air. The home is exactly as pictured and the host could not have been more communicative and helpful. Would love to stay again!

Spirit of 76 was the perfect spot for our group of 5. It was just a short walk from downtown and has everything you need in the house. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Even had 4 bikes for us to use. Communication with Amy was super easy. We will stay here again next time!

Great location,. Walkable to town, the grocery and the beach. The house has large common areas for family to gather. The kitchen has nice appliances and is well stocked. The use of 4 bikes was so fun. Owner was very accommodating. Thanks so much!

Our stay at 76 Union was amazing. The house is very convenient to the town. The local small beach is a great place to rent kayaks to paddle around the harbor. Sayle's Seafood is right around the corner for fried clams and the cute backyard is great for the evenings. The house is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are very comfortable and each has it's own bathroom. Amy, the owner, was very responsive and flexible when we had a brief weather issue to get off the island.
We would stay here again . Highly recommend. Thank you, Amy.

We had a great week in Nantucket at this rental. Highlights were the view of the ocean from the main bedroom (including the incredible sun rises!), ease of getting into town, and open floor plan with comfortable living room and great kitchen for hanging out when not at the beach :) The host was extremely helpful and very quick to reply to anything we needed.

Great location for downtown & near the water. Awesome harbor views off the master suite balcony :) It was nice they have four bikes to ride around town. And Sayles Seafood restaurant right around the corner was delicious.

Everything was perfect for our family of 5 plus my parents for a couple nights. Plenty of space to spread out! The location was ideal to town and the rest of the island. Loved our water views from the master bedroom. Amy was terrific to correspond with. House had everything we needed for a memorable week! We can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at the Spirit of 76 - perfect house for our family. Host was great with excellent communication and house had just what was needed and then some for its amenities. We enjoyed the short walks to town and a wonderful home to go back to after each busy day!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! The location was AMAZING. Just a 10 minute walk to downtown. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We all took advantage of the outdoor shower and loved it. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

Perfect Near Town Rental!
Our small business team stayed here and it afforded the privacy we needed with three en-suite baths. Decorated very charming and updated. The house had all that we needed and is a short walk to town. Would love to stay again. Owner was very kind and communcative. Thank you!
