Alta Mira - Katoomba
Alta Mira si trova in una tranquilla strada alberata a Katoomba, circondato da splendidi giardini e vicine case in stile Federazione. Una ristrutturazione diversi anni fa conservato con cura il meglio delle caratteristiche del periodo, come il bagno importato originale inglese baldacchino nel bagno principale, mentre l'aggiunta di una splendida nuova cucina moderna e un altro bagno moderno. Alta Mira può ospitare fino a 15 persone (2 camere da letto x Regina, 1 x camera matrimoniale, 4 sceglie in una camera da letto, più una veranda separata con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Divano letto Extra in salotto.) Ci sono due bagni a servizio della casa: il bagno edoardiano originale con baldacchino vasca da bagno in vetro e WC pull-chain, oltre a un bagno moderno con doccia separata e vasca idromassaggio.
Altre caratteristiche per il divertimento dei nostri ospiti vi sono quasi nuovo televisore a grande schermo piatto LCD e lettore BluRay, accesso Wi-Fi gratuito, una TV separata che gestisce la scatola giochi, due Bluetooth altoparlanti, e un pianoforte periodo per gli appassionati di musica, oltre a libri, giochi, videogiochi per la GameBox e DVD.
Alta Mira è riscaldato in tutta la casa, compresi termoarredo in entrambi i bagni. C'è anche un caminetto a gas nella sala per la grande atmosfera e la convenienza pure. Ci sono coperte elettriche in dotazione su tutti i letti.
Alta Mira si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da Katoomba Street, con i suoi caffè, ristoranti e negozi, ma è nascosto in un angolo tranquillo di Katoomba. Perfetto per una vacanza sulle montagne, si ottiene il meglio di entrambi i mondi. Andare a fare una passeggiata per Katoomba Town Centre, prendere un po 'più lungo percorso delle tre sorelle, o semplicemente passeggiare tra giardini privati di Alta Mira e poi rannicchiarsi in interni riscaldamento centralizzato e ben arredate di Alta Mira.

il mio compleanno e ho capito.
Come speciale era che !!!!
Grazie per accogliere il mio desiderio di avere un fuoco e che ha reso così
molto più bella.
È sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei.

It was a freezing mid-winter weekend so 11 of us (4 couples and 3 kids) really enjoyed this large warm comfortable house with great kitchen, dining and lounge facilities. Lovely to return to and relax in after a brisk walk! One limitation for some groups would be that although it has 2 bathrooms, one of them is only accessible by walking through 2 bedrooms.

A great house for a weekend away for 12 people. Good heating, plenty of beds, a powerful cooktop, a beautiful backyard, big dining table, and comfortable loungeroom for us all.

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful, character filled house. The weather was horrible when we arrived, but the house was warm and welcoming. Sun came out next morning and we got to explore the gorgeous gardens.

celebrations in the mountains
We had a beautiful weekend in this lovely old house. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms spacious and comfortable.

Relaxing and cosy for groups
We really enjoyed our stay, great kitchen and all the extras for cooking for a large group. Only downside was front bedroom was missing a curtain which doesn't help with sleeping in. Also doors need oiling as some creaminess. Overall house is beautifully restored and well maintained.

Toasty warm and comfortable.
As a large family group we were very comfortable in this historic home. We had ample room and the house is generously supplied with lovely linen as well as household staples. On a cold week-end the home was comfortingly warm. We’ll be back!

Beautiful mountain getaway.
The property met our needs very well. The crisp white linen on all beds was lovely. The house had a delightful feel and was beautifully warm. The different spaces catered very well for our diverse family group. The layout and access to the second bathroom put a bit of pressure on the main bathroom. We would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful old house in convenient location
Alta Mira is a beautiful old house with a colourful history in a quiet street in central Katoomba. It was perfect for our needs with large living areas and space to spread out. Would definitely recommend for large groups who want some space.

Very comfortable home for 14 of us. A bit rundown in some areas but generally very cosy and had everything we needed. best part was the location we could walk to threesisters and kaboomba falls easily

Large house with a cosy feel
We travel to the Blue Mountains every July as a group of approx 12 adults and kids. This was our first time staying at Alta Mira and we loved it. It was such a great space. Lots of room for the kids and adults to hang out comfortably without getting in each other's way. Lovely bedrooms and cosy communal areas. Very nice kitchen with all the utensils that you could possibly need.

Great Location
Arrived to find a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and could not work the machine so had to hand wash someone else's mess. Contacted the Owners but did not hear from them all weekend. This property is in a great location and easy to walk into town and local sites. There is an eclectic mix of china, glassware and kitchen ware but was fine for our night in by the fire in the dining room. The house is warm, cosy and spacious but could do with some TLC.

Fabulous house
Our extended family of 14 had a great weekend. The house is really warm, and very comfortable. Sofa bed very uncomfortable so take a blow up mattress if you need the extra bed. The yard is lovely but isn't secure.

Wonderful experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at Altimira. I was there on a girls weekend and there were 12 of us and the house was ideal for a visit. Cosy and secure, I would recommend this location for a group holiday.

Wonderful Stay!
This place is just beautiful. We had Christmas here and the 11 of us stayed so comfortably here. It's close to town and the hosts are so wonderful and cooked us a turkey and vegggies for Christmas lunch that was delicious!
So much space and a beautiful yard with lots of space and reason to be outside. Highly recommended!

Great property for a large group
Family group of 4 couples had a comfortable weekend in this house. Great lounge area for a group and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful grounds with daffodils, jonquils and camellias - Sept is the perfect time to visit. Located close enough to walk to Echo Point or the main street. We will be back.

All 9 of us enjoyed the house. Lots of space to have time out in. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Kitchen had many pots, utensils etc that we could use. Close to main street of Katoomba. A great relaxing stay,
