Buon b&b,, che ci ha già ospitato in passato. Terzo piano con ascensore, molto vicino al centro storico, con tanti negozi e servizi. Ottima la posizione, ampia la stanza e molto pulita. Discreta la colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo

La posizione dell'alloggio era nei pressi del luogo di mio interesse. Ben collegato con i servizi urbani. L'accoglienza dell'host è stata gradevole. La recensione seppur succinta e per alcuni punti negativa, intende invece stimolare a fare meglio per il futuro se si vuol continuare questa professione.

I prodotti da colazione (yogurt e fette biscottate peraltro scaduti) erano quasi tutti confezionati, c'era poco cibo preparato fresco e poca scelta. La pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare, nell'angolo cucina e nel bagno. Invito a curare questi aspetti importanti.

Très bien placé en plein centre ville, avec un parking public juste en face. Bon petit déjeuner, hôte agréable et sympatique, qui est venue nous chercher à la voiture pour nous accompagner jusqu'à l'adresse, car la circulation est compliquée en centre de Gênes.

Les locaux sont très propres mais anciens et la douche mériterait une rénovation.

The accomodation was located near the city center and was sorrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was big and you have everything you need, towels, soap and so on. The breakfast selection was limited but gave you something to set you up for the day.

The air conditioner did not work very well. We had one hot day in Genoa and that night it was quite warm in our room.

I liked the location of the apartment which is very close to the main train station. Also there's a private parking lot for 18eur a day next to the building, so the car was parked safely. The ratio of price and quality is fair enough, but could be slightly better.

A toilet cover was broken and even got a scratch when using the toilet, but no one responded to my message regarding that. They also claim they have a WIFI, but it's totally bad and useless, had to you my own mobile data during the stay.

Breakfast included was a very nice bonus. The location made it easy to find and walk to the places we wanted to see/go. The apartment and room was very clean and organized.

The air conditioner in the room clearly did not work, as the overnight temperature made it difficult to comfortably sleep. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant.

The staff was amazing allowing us to leave our bags so we could view the city as we were a little early. Great value with breakfast . Well organized and opportunity to meet other couples on the kitchen. Lovely stay . Highly recommended .helpful pointers about the city. I Suggest the museum card great value for 15 euro to enter many building and museums.

property was clean and tidy and has all you need to a stay. location is great and near everything.

reception and rooms are on the 3rd floor and isn’t findable on first look. thought we were going into a block or flats or apartments. and had to walk up the stairs to try and find it. wasn’t the best late at night. breakfast is basic.

Very friendly and responsive host. Old style building and room is large with bed, small table and sofa.

Rooms are not that soundproof and shower is very small. But for what you are paying the value for money is very good.

room was big, cozy and clean. we had a private bathroom outside the room which was right next to it. breakfast was included and there was a good selection of breakfast pastries, biscuits and also focaccia. there’s a lift which was good to bring our luggage and the pram upstairs. the lady looking after the property was lovely and very helpful. location was perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions.

It is a bit quirky, being in what is basically an old style office building, complete with a very old elevator. The room itself was a good size and well heated.

The breakfast was not expected, so it was a great bonus The lady that booked us in was very kind and it went smooth

We really liked the location of this place. The owner is EXTREMELY NICE, could not have imagined a better owner. We wanted to leave luggage there before check-in, which was possible. Check-in is from 3pm but we were able to check-in a little bit earlier. The bathroom was good, clean, whole room was well equipped. There was enough space. You can use air-conditioning or warm up your room in cold months. One morning we wanted to go on a trip and we did not have time to catch breakfast. The owner allowed us to take some food in advance and also prepared plastic bag for us. We appreciated it very much!

One thing I did not like was the fact that we had kitchen with dirty dishes. I think that not all the dishes were checked, so we found dirty plates, glasses, scoops. We had to clean it on our own. Also detergent was not in the room, so we had to clean the dishes somehow else.

I am tall men and the shower was small for me. Also the bed was metal every move u hear noises
