Te weinig warm water voor 4 personen. Schakelaar heeft continu aan gestaan. Kapotte kruk in de keuken. Erg vervelend. Waterdruk is erg laag. Komt bijna geen water uit de kraan.

This arrangement is worthy of good room design. Right now, there is an absolute mismatch between the gorgeous view and the shabby furnishings. This flat could be made into a beautiful facility. There is almost no water in the sink in the bathroom.

Nos gustó todo, el sitio en sí que, bueno, es un palacio. La ubicación perfecta. La gente amable. Todo a mano. Las vistas. Menudas vistas....

Si hay que decir algo que no gustó, que es difícil, es que la cocina está un poco desorganizada y después de un verano de, me imagino, mucha ocupación, necesita una limpieza profunda. Pero la usamos cada día como reinas.

Great location and amazing view.

Misinformation regarding facilities. Claims to have laundry, mini bar, snacks, room service, breakfast in room, and mini mart on site - none of this is true. Entry is like walking into a building site. Half the aircon didn't work. The interiors are bizarre, and it has the smell of old throughout. Not particularly clean, did not feel comfortable. Mouldy peaches in fridge, minimal was an unplug wine fridge, snacks were pack of dry toasts with an already opened jar of jam and outside furniture was a joke!

on all appearances it was big and spacious.

there was only one bath towel, there were no sheets on the bed. the write up says there is a washer and there isn’t. we had to find a laundry service. The church square was noisy starting at 6:30am.

good location, special interior, it was un experience. we loved being in the center of Genova.

nothing special to mention here, a few hair was found in bathroom so maybe the cleaning wasn’t done in shower part. but a part this little detail, everything was clean and we really appreciate our stay. we recommande !
