Luigi was very helpful and a great host. The kitchen was well stocked. The internet was great. Air conditioning in all rooms.

There was some noise coming from a machine in the neighbouring apartment. The main bedframe was unstable and not very comfortable.

Very comfortable property in a convenient location in Cagliari. It is ten minute walk to the two centre but also well served by multiple bus routes (well worth downloading the BusFinder app recommended by the owner, which makes it simple to navigate the city’s comprehensive bus system). We were in Sardinia during a 37C heatwave and the apartment remained comfortable with a combination of easterly aspect, being partially below ground, and effective aircon. There are shops and markets nearby for food and easy bus access to the beach at Polleto. We took a number of the owner Luigi’s recommendations for places to eat and things to do and they all worked out really well. Luigi also arranged an airport transfer for EUR25, which was worth it as although Cagliari is easily accessible by train from the airport it would be a tough uphill walk with luggage or would require you to immediately navigate the bus system on arrival. Very comfortable beds and apartment overall.

This place was perfect for a group of friends. It was very easy to get to the centre of the city by foot and the public transport route to the lovely Poetto beach was very straight forward. Luigi catered to all our requests and was very helpful on arrival. He organised a taxi for us to/from the airport. He had prepared a great guide to the city and took the time to show us how to use the amenities of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and spacious; there were five of us and between the 2 double beds, sofa bed and 2 extra camp beds, we all had so much room each. There were two bathrooms, they were both very clean too. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly, very impressed.

The apartament was great! Very big and clean, well equipped (towels, iron, coffe machine, hair drayer) The host is super lovely. She cares about small details that makes you feel welcomed. Thank you for your hospitality!
