We traveled to FL with our teenage sons so they could attend a summer camp. We loved this home. It was the perfect size for all of us to have our own space and the several common areas were wonderful for being together. The best park was the backyard…the setting was so peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Karina was an excellent communicator and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Property was exactly as advertised, and we loved all of the restaurant options at the Cove a third of a mile away.

This house had everything we needed. From the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a spacious living/kitchen area. The pool in the backyard was well-kept and much appreciated in the hot sun. In addition to the house, everything you’d need for a beach excursion (short drive to the oceanfront) was provided, including beach towels, chairs, toys, and umbrella. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

I booked this property awhile ago so I was getting nervous that there hadn’t been any recent reviews. There is no reason to worry! This property is everything other positive ratings have said and truly matches the pictures/description. The home was extremely clean (& I have high standards), the amenities made it real easy to relax and feel at home, and the backyard is your own private oasis. Karina was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the entire process. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Deerfield Beach area!

Oasis in a quiet neighborhood
‘50s era ranch, with a beautifully modern kitchen addition and backyard oasis. What a great time! It seems that most (perhaps all) of the neighbors are full time residents, so weekdays are very quiet. It’s an easy 25 minute walk to the beach (35 minutes if the drawbridge is up) with little traffic and lots of sidewalks. On Deerfield Beach you’ll find a number of beachside bar & grill restaurants, a few tourist shops and a fishing pier. Very family friendly, even during Spring Break. Try nearby Pop’s Fish Market for fresh local seafood. Publix is nearby, but there is also a great little Ideal Food Market across from Pop’s that has a fantastic Cuban and Puerto Rican flare. The highlight of course is the pool and hot tub. Take a Carl Hiaasen book, a cool drink and plenty of sunscreen. You may be occasionally disturbed by a few playful squirrels running along the fence, colorful butterflies and mockingbirds. There are plenty of towels (both shower and beach towels), soap and shampoo. There are a few laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided. Great home-like atmosphere! We wouldn’t change a thing.

This location was easy to get to shopping or the beach. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Master bedroom wasn't very big. Not enough outlets for devices in bedroom. This is a beautiful property, but there were so many rules about what to do and what not to do, that it made it hard to relax and enjoy the home.

Overall was good
Karina, was very responsive so that was a plus. But we arrived on a Monday at 4pm as discussed my boys were excited to get in the pool, to our disappointment it had not been cleaned. Regardless of Florida weather changing quickly it would have been nice for that to have been done. Karina did have the pool cleaner out the following day but that was lost time to enjoy the beginning of the vacation, I then asked about the community pool that was listed in the description which was no longer an option. Another concern with the pool is that it is scheduled to be cleaned only 1 time a week, a skimmer is there along with a brush but a vacuum is needed or more frequent cleaning as the amount of vegetation which is beautiful but a lot ends up in the pool, that is difficult to get out without a vacuum. At arrival my boys were excited to find the bunk beds from the description and pictures only to be disappointed that there were no such bunk beds present, so the pictures are obviously out of date and should be updated, but are still good enough to show the cleanliness and updated decor. Unless you want a 20min walk to the beach you’ll be driving, which is less than 5mins. Convenient location to Publix to pick up food for grilling or any items you may have forgotten. Would I stay again yes, Karina was great at getting back to us, definitely a vacation for many reasons my boys will always remember. In conclusion a few small updates of pictures, description and more frequent pool cleaning would be recommended.

Exceeded our expectations
We loved everything about this property!! The pictures were true to form,. The house is clean, spacious, has every amenity we needed and wanted, and the backyard is amazing! The pool, the hot tub, the area for hanging out and grilling was exactly what we wanted! Really nice neighborhood with sidewalks everywhere. Easy walk to shops, markets, coffee places, the beach, restaurants! It’s surrounded with neighbors but so quiet and peaceful! We can’t wait to go back!!

Well Equipped Modern Home with Amazing Pool
We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is well equipped with what you would need for a very enjoyable holiday . The beds are comfortable as are the comfy couches in the living room. The kitchen has every appliance you can think of and many basics like spices, olive oil, coffee and condiments are provided. The backyard and pool are the real highlight of the property. The pools are warm and we loved the days we spent just lounging around in that space. The owners also provided beach chairs and bikes which was a bonus. I highly recommend this place to any guest.

Family trip
Great beach house, 3min drive to the beach. Just blocks away from restaurants, shopping, grocery store, gas stations etc... The back yard pool/hot tub is like your own personal oasis, very private. The neighborhood is also very quiet as well. There is also supplies for the beach in the backyard storage area and only about 25 minutes from FT. Lauderdale Airport. We had a great stay and this beach house. And this house provided the perfect relaxation that we needed, Karina also checked in with us once we arrived to see if we needed anything.

Amazing house, loved it!
We had a great time during our vacation in this house. The house is big, clean, comfortable, and has everything you will need. There is enough amount of towels for bathing and to take to the beach. It has extra bed sheets and places to sleep. The kitchen has enough of everything (cups, glassware, dishes etc.) There are big tables both inside and on the outside. The pool with jacuzzi are awesome. There are also a lot of stuff that you can take to the beach like chairs, umbrellas, and tubes for swimming. The location is comfy as well. Beach and stores are pretty close. My family and friends loved staying here! Kids are asking when we are coming back.

i found property very well maintained. house was furnished with everything you can need, owner was right there when i had tv go out , next day i had a new one. had a litle trouble with the grill outdoors . needs a little tlc . other than that my stay was excellent and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again Jerry

Perfect house and location
We stayed for 4 weeks. Everything was great. House is very spacious, well equipped and clean. We also appreciated beach equipment and bikes. Just communication with Google Alexa in case of pool control was little bit complicated. Thank you. Hope to be back early.

The property was more than fully stocked. The kitchen has it all for a nice night cooking at home. Quiet neighborhood, a short drive (1.2 miles) from a lovely beach with a pier, restaurants and boardwalk. Perfect size pool and jacuzzi. A+++ easy check in and great communication by owner. I nominate Karina for super host of the year
The house was exactly as advertised and well appointed. Spices, oils and condiments for cooking. Every utensil, pot or pan you could need. Pool and backyard are gorgeous, and all the beach chairs and umbrella for the ocean visits. When there was a glitch with the dishwasher a new one was installed within a few hours. Definitely a worry free stay with a super host.

Nice Home with 5 Star Pool
Very clean and spacious home that has everything you need. Well decorated with two very large flat screen TVs. Karina is very responsive to questions etc. The pool in back is a great way to relax & chill after a day at the beach. Some traffic at times due to a bridge that is closed for repairs on the Inter-Coastal Waterway. Ideal place for a family with 2-4 kids..

Perfect family getaway.
This house was/is perfect. You can tell every last detail has been thought of to make sure your stay is more enjoyable. I brought my 18 month old and 3 year old and it was the perfect family getaway. Did I mention the beach is a short 3 minute drive and the salt water pool is amazing. Will be recommending this house and hope to be able to stay again in the future.
