Great home, great location!...very clean

Loves being able to walk to the beach and the house has plenty of room for all 10 of us.

Our stay at 38 Elm Street was great! The house was clean, comforting, and fully stocked with all the amenities you can think of. Kevin was great with all the questions we had during our stay at the Cape. The home is close to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in a big home with a big family. We defnitely will be back.

Wonderful spot in Dennis about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Large outdoor deck and indoor screened porch made it easy to accommodate a group rain or shine. In-law apartment was perfect for a family with a new baby. A classic Cape house look and feel. Don’t forget to bring your own linens!

The family and I really enjoyed our stay at Dennis. The property was spacious and clean. Having a little one, we also appreciated the granny flat, as it gave us and the rest family a reprieve from a couple of her sleepless nights. Corporation beach is only a 10 minute walk and is a nice beach. We would definitely book this place again.

We came with our married children and grandchildren. House is large with enough space that the families never felt crowded. Great location (walk to Corporation Beach and Princess Lake). Highly recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect for my family, accommodating a group that ranges from 2 years old to 88 years young! We absolutely loved the porch and spent most of our time out there, when we weren’t at the beach. We would highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return!

Kevin's place was just perfect for a big family gathering. There was a ton of space - plenty for us to spread out. The in-law apartment was great for a couple of teenagers who wanted a little time away from the parents. The enormous porch was wonderful, especially on a rainy day. About a ten-minute walk to the beach. Huge yard and a shed stocked with tons of beach toys (even a cart to take it down with). Highly recommend this place.

We had a phenomenal family vacation in Dennis. After not seeing extended family during the pandemic, we all gathered for our reunion vacation. The house was perfect to host all nine of us, including three small kids. We walked every single day to corporation beach (.5 miles away) which was ideal for young children. With the kids asleep upstairs, the adults were able to have dinner every night in the screened in porch area without worrying about waking anyone up. We grilled in the backyard and used all the complementary beach chairs and carts as we caravans down to the water. The neighborhood was pristine and I enjoyed running with my sister along the beautiful streets with manicured yards. I had one question during my stay and the owner was extremely responsive. I would absolutely come again!

This house sits on a quiet corner lot which despite being a corner lot affords lots of privacy both in front and back. The main house is older but clean and comfortable. The location is really great, being within walking distance of beaches. They also have bikes available (although recommend driving them to the parking lots for the main biking trail since the roads to get there are quite busy) and good for riding to the beach or locally. The outdoor area is quiet, secluded, lots of seating and the large screened in patio offers sanctuary from bugs while enjoying the weather. The house is close to a great restaurant, The Pheasant, as well as other stores for groceries, breakfast (Grumpys), seafood (Sesuit Harbor Cafe) etc. Property manager is extremely communicative even though I emailed late at night and he allowed us to check out later which we appreciated. Be advised you will have to bring your own linens and towels (which for us turned out to be two carry ons worth of additional baggage), toilet paper, and paper towels. The in law suite is older than the rest of the house and not as pleasant. It was musty when we arrived and we tried to air it out but it always retained a smell. But otherwise we had a great Time despite the weather.

Great traditional Cape Cod vacation home, lots of room for a large family to spread out and not worry about being on top of one and other. Nice location, close to beaches.

A great location, with a private yard and deck. The sunroom/porch is spacious with plenty of seating. The house has great character with a perfect layout with lots of room. My friends rent down the Cape regularly and were extremely impressed with the house, yard and location...in fact they were online looking to book it for next year. Kevin the owner was vey obliging, easy to connect with and was all about making our stay enjoyable, thank you Kevin. I would definitely rent again!!

We had a great time last week. The property was perfect for our needs. Mayflower beach was our favorite spot to let the kids run off stream and the close proximity to playgrounds and restaurants proved excellent for a relaxing week away.

This property was great for accommodating my family. It was well equipped with every thing you needed for the kitchen. We arrived to a clean home. It was spacious and great for entertaining. Went to a play at Dennis Play House and had dinner at Finn restaurant, Both were great! Walking distance to the beach was great, 12 out of 14 on the beach. Doesn't get any better than that. I would recommend this vacation home and hope to be back next season.

My family and I rented this home in Dennis on Cape Cod so that we could enjoy participating in a family reunion. We most certainly were not disappointed. The home was spacious, clean, and well-equiped to provide us with a comfortable, enjoyable week. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic so that it would be perfect for a family with small children. A short walk from one beach on the bay and within easy commuting distance to a number of other beaches and scenic spots. The owner was extremely helpful in providing us with all necessary information in a very timely fashion. An extra bonus, much appreciated by all of us during a very warm week, was the AC provided throughout the house. A large screened in room off the spacious deck provided plenty of space for us to socialize and enjoy our meals away from insects. Gorgeous blue hydrangas were also a big hit with everyone. We would certainly not hesitate to enjoy another stay at this location. We highly recommend this house.
