Great house that is walking distance to the beach and chapins bayside. Lots of space in the house and nice outdoor backyard. Perfect house for getting together with friends and family!

Nice place to stay for a family wedding!

We had a fantastic stay here in Dennis. We got to explore golf courses, restaurants, and the beach all very close. Would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing home. Very clean and just as described. Checking in and out was easy. Would recommend for any group looking to stay in the area.

Great home for our large family beach trip! The house was clean and very well stocked. We greatly appreciated the well appointed kitchen, extra beach towels, high chair, and shed full of beach chairs and sand toys. We loved how convenient it was to get back and forth from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The duplex was nice. The proximity of the property to a market, restaurants, and the beach was exceptionally convenient. It was an unusually hot weekend for the Cape and I think we were the first renters of the season. The gas fireplace was putting out heat (appeared to be more than just the pilot light) and inside the larger apartment it was unpleasantly warm with no ability to alter the thermostat. Some of the windows were painted shut also so we were not able to take advantage of the afternoon ocean breeze to help cool things down. But all in all, I would rent this duplex again. We had plenty of room for the 12 of us. And the back deck had ample seating for all 19 family members to gather for happy hour conversation prior to going out to eat.

This place is the best. The owners thought of everything thing that you need to enjoy you stay! Highly recommend staying there!!
