Room was spacious and clean. The facility was clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly and inviting.

Nice and clean. Staff very accommodating and nice. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable and most are not.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. And they charged my credit card even after paying cash at check out. They did make it right but just the hassle of having to deal with it.

Newer Hotel that is very spacious.

Extremely high priced convenience items, like $3 for a bottle of water and $5 for a coke; miscommunication from staff on how house cleaning works (on request); pet fee went from $75 to $125 after 4 nights but I doubt extra cleaning was done; breakfast was ok but could have been better

The building was clean, enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Breakfast was good staff was great. Room was large , bathrooms and shower great.. Loved the “kitchenette. large refrigerator, microwave, counter space, loved having the couch.. was on 1st floor, easy to get to breakfast, pool and fitness room.. blackout shades were great.. overslept 2 night. ( I needed), but still made it to breakfast..

Was there for 3 nights, trash cans were small. Was told on check-in, if I needed towels or trash picked up just let front desk know. I ate in-room, so had trash, and needed a few more towels.. Let front desk know Sunday morning, came back Sunday evening and no towels and room smelled like garbage.. Told front dest on Monday check-out.. so far have not seen my bill in my email.. also it was hot and rainy outside, and the air conditioner was in windows, and by Sunday night it felt damp in room..

Breakfast was good and hot, rooms were nice and comfortable. Outdoor seating area was a bonus touch!

We specifically chose the hotel because it had a pool for the family to enjoy during our week long stay. Have to say that the pool was a huge disappointment because it was really small and was not even heated. We couldn't stay in the pool long cause it was so cold. Door to the bathroom doesn't lock either. Lock mechanism was broken.
