I was worried about my car because the neighborhood isn't great, but what really turned my stomach were the linens and the scrambled eggs sitting in a pan 1/2 filled with water. Ehen i pulled back the sheets there was what looked like a period stain, then a large spot of grease or some other black stain. Lucky for me i slways bring my own quilt to sleep on.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were so friendly and helpful! The front desk got us an early check-in and the breakfast service was excellent. It is not a high-end hotel, but the staff and cleanliness made it a good experience.

Close to Mcdonalds and wendy's and 2 large gas stations. Easy to get on and off I-75. Close to dowtown dayton. Enjoy the breakfast seating area to play games with my family.

The hotel was very clean and felt safe! I loved that I could walk to the University of Dayton Arena and that they provided a great breakfast. Plus parking is included! The front desk workers were very sweet!

In general, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. If there were any causes for concern, it was that the water pressure in the shower was very low. Nonetheless, job well done overall.

I stayed for 3 days called housekeeping to clean our room called customer service they said they will clean after 3pm no one cleaned

I did ask Wasco and I checked in about 3:30 p.m. and I have a family member in the hospital so I went to the hospital got back to the hotel around 8:30 at about 11:00 p.m. fire alarms went off and me and the other guest we're left outside in tornadic rain for 2 hours I was told that there was no comps or discounts for the next day possibly. I drove 4 hours from Knoxville Tennessee to Dayton Ohio to be at a family member surgery 5:00 in the morning was not able to make it

My door was unlocked and propped open when i got to it. Two sets of towels for a suite for 4 people. Hair in the shower and small hair ties all over the floor. Rude from desk gent too.

Room was never cleaned, although I notified the manager in person that it never cleaned. He said it would be done, and it never was.

My stay would have been great but there was children running all over the hotel with no supervision, knocking my door snd saying there housekeeper, we drove an 11 hour trip for a funeral, then there was the adults and children sitting snd playing in the hallway, just booming and banging I need a refund couldn’t get no rest the hotel shoukd know not to put kids on the same floor as guest with no kids. Just ridiculous

Everything was great except for the floor of the shower. It needed to be replaced. It was not dirty, just very worn and showing it's age. Everything else was fine. Possibly there have been renovations to the rest of the room, but the shower floor was missed.

Passed the drive twice, the hotel sign needs to be closer to the drive entrance. Hotel key didn't work for the pool or the side door. At times I saw the door propped open, which I feel is a security issue. Only ice maker working was on the third floor, should be a working one on each floor.

Staff was amazing, the Beds were great, Super comfy! Extremely clean, Daily hot breakfast was a Full breakfast!!!! Could not have ask for more!!! This Hotel has made it where all of your needs are meant and Staff went over and above to make my staff GREAT!!!!

Stayed here for the First Four March Madness games. Perfect location. Super friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us. I’d stay here again. Chris and the front desk is great

Everything was fine except that a sink bug came crawling out of the sink as I was brushing my teeth in the morning. The front desk person was extremely apologetic. The room and facilities were clean.
