Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war durchweg positiv. Das Personal hat einen herausragenden Eindruck hinterlassen – äußerst freundlich und stets bemüht, den Gästen den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten. Diese herzliche Atmosphäre hat meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ein weiteres Highlight. Alles war tadellos gepflegt und sauber, was mir einen besonders guten Eindruck vermittelte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die zentrale Lage des Hotels, was mir die Erkundung der Umgebung sehr erleichtert hat.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Geruch nach Mottenkugeln im Badezimmer. Das war zwar etwas ungewöhnlich, hat jedoch meine insgesamte Erfahrung nicht ernsthaft beeinträchtigt. Alles andere im Zimmer war einwandfrei.

Crossing the streets in Ho Chi Min City is a nightmare as nobody gives way motorbikes everywhere like crazy pedestrian is not cared about at all

The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Communication was easy and in English. Reception is open 24hours allowing me to check in late. I got a room upgrade for free.

Although it was mentioned that smoking in the room is strictly prohibited and the room was smelling of cold cigarette smoke.

The rooms although clean are basic with mine not even having a outside window. The bed was also very hard

The staff were all lovely, welcoming, very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with lots of food choices, including some great places to get Bahn Mi, close by. It’s a very easy walk to Ben Thanh Market and there’s endless places to explore in the area. We were very happy with the choice to stay there.

Very central location with restaurant nearby and shops 10 minute walk. The staff were lovely. We left our passports in the hotel and they were very kind in their support of retrieving these and shipped these to us at our next destination! Hotel was clean, had use of an elevator.

Great location with very close proximity to the city centre. 5 min walk to Ben Thanh market, local shops, bus stops and restaurants. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating to our requests to change rooms due to some tech issues with the air con. All and all very good place to stay near the centre of Saigon.

convenient location from local attractions and even within walking distance. Staff were very helpful in helping me organise tours as well. This was my first stop during my 14 days stay in Vietnam, and I felt at ease travelling around thanks to the advice of the staff.

Nothing except a central location…

After reading positive reviews for this place, I decided to give it a shot. I was so disappointed when I got there. First of all, I got there 1h before check-in (having expressly announced an early arrival), room was ready, but they insisted on charging me for the additional hour. They also asked me to pay immediately when I hadn’t even seen the room. First room they gave me (the one I’d booked) smelled of cigarette smoke. I immediately asked to change. The room they offered me was supposedly an upgrade because it had “city views” - on the construction site across the street (not what I’d call a view). They asked me to pay the difference in price for the new room. I then left to visit the city and when i got back to the room, there were tones of ant-like termites weaving in an out of the wooden structure of the room. Also, the furniture looked kind of vintage and cool in the pictures, but it just feels old and run down.

We asked for recommendations in the surrounding area, but unfortunately staff didn't give us good advices. We just got Infos about the most touristic restaurant and the Palace. If guests ask for local recommendations in the surrounding area, please don't send them to tourist traps.
