Idyllic Location - Walk to Town and Beaches
Bella casa con portico avvolgente in posizione idilliaca nella città di South Haven. Sei brevi isolati da Dyckman Beach, otto isolati da North Beach. Passa accanto al pittoresco porticciolo sulla facile passeggiata di quattro isolati dal centro di South Haven, un centro pieno di deliziosi ristoranti, deliziose boutique e un cinema vecchio stile. The house is just as it looks. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of family friendly dvds, puzzles, and games if you have a rainy day or need down time. Nice large dining room and table with seating. The deck with a grill and the porch are great bonuses. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe. Cute little park on the corner if you have little kids. I have teens so we didn’t use it. The location is ideal!! Very short walk to town and beach.

We absolutely loved the house and location. Kyle and Debbie were great and responded to questions quickly.

We enjoyed staying in this house and especially its location. It was one of the most well stocked cottages we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed, and then some. It was an easy walk to town, and the neighborhood was charming. We would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The house was a perfect size for our group and the location even better. We were close to downtown and the beaches and close to several parks. Any questions we had were answered promptly and courteously. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We felt very safe in this home and this neighborhood. We loved the ease of walking to local eateries. The beds were comfortable and the living room had a nice vibe to hang out and talk in the evenings. The reason I didn't give it a "5" is that it is a little rough around the edges. The porch needs a little attending to (sagging boards and a coat of paint) but it was very clean and convenient.

My best friend is getting married. A couple of friends and I decided let’s do some king salmon fishing. We aren’t drinkers and fishing is our thing. We had plenty of space and mins away from everything and the water. Thanks again will be back.

The house was adorable and comfortable. Only wish we would've known there wasn't an iron and a blow-dryer, which normally wouldn't matter, but we were in for a wedding, so those would have been very helpful.
We would stay there again though!

Everything was just as pictured. House had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach and shops along the river. We especially loved the large front porch.

Initially the VRBO site had some sort of hiccup in my booking but the property owners were WONDERFUL when they called me to sort it out over the phone. We found the house to be extremely clean with comfortable furnishings. The location was exactly what we were looking for- very quiet neighborhood with easy access to town or the beach. A driveway in which to park our car was great. The wide front porch and back deck for grilling were added bonuses. The only tiny recommendation I might have would be to have a fan or two available for the bedrooms. The upstairs got a little stuffy at night but we had brought a small fan with us and used it at night. We loved the house and location and would definitely return.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Owners were responsive and helpful. It’s an older house with character; the main floor was a bit uneven in places which set off my vertigo. Noting for folks who may be sensitive to that. Bunk beds were great for the kids. Proximity to the playground, marina and downtown shopping was awesome. Front porch and back deck were great to enjoy sitting outside. Neighbors super friendly. We would stay here again!

The house had everything we needed for our family of four. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and linen closets were well stocked. The house is comfortable and spacious and within walking distance to the water. It is also conveniently located to the Kal-Haven trail if you like to jog/walk/bike. Communication with the owners was easy as well. We enjoyed our stay in South Haven.

I booked this house twice, 8 years apart! We love staying there so much! It was perfect for our family. It’s been updated and refreshed. I would recommend staying there to anyone!

We were very pleased with our stay, the home was very clean. They had everything we needed and more. The house was not the most toddler friendly with the stairs but we managed with a baby gate! We loved the front porch!

A few suggestions. We had 5 women and with only one full bath, it would have been very helpful to have larger mirrors in the bedrooms. We visited wineries and brought some home but there were only 2 very small wine glasses.

This house was everything my family needed. We love South Haven and appreciated being so close to Downton and the beach. I ran around the beach and to the pier every morning . The walk to the shops was close enough for my 8 year old. The house has everything we needed and was decorated adorably. The Disney plus/net flicks/hulu was an added plus for my children ( 3 & 8). They also loved the buck beds in their room. Will stay again! Thanks!!
