This is a beautiful property and perfect for a large family vacation. Fourteen of us had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed kayaking on Edler Lake, right across the street!

The reason why we selected this home was the capability to accommodate my large family. We were there for a wedding at one of the venues in town and this home was able to comfortably accommodate all of us. The beautiful patios around the home overlooking the lake, pine trees and wildlife brought such relaxation. The beds were very comfortable and there was games and entertainment for all. A great place to stay to relax and accommodate a big family.

The cabin fit our group of 12 very comfortably. It exceeded our expectations. There is a large table with chairs inside and outside to accommodate a large group. Well stocked kitchen and all areas were very clean. Grandkids enjoyed kayaking on the nearby lake. John the owner responded to all my questions promptly.

This is a great, peaceful retreat with a wonderful view of Elder Lake. The owner was very accessible and clarified any questions we had. Neighbors were so quiet. It felt like we were alone in the woods with the conveniences of being in town. The place is well equipped and has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. House is clean and comfortable. We could not ask for a better place to stay for our much needed rest and relaxation.

This property was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Plenty of space!! It was in a quiet neighborhood with enough beds and bathrooms for our needs and was furnished with more than we expected. The kids and adults did not want to leave!

Great cabin in front of Lake. This cabinet was spacious, clean, and had all of the amenities to make it very comfortable. The location was great with a little lake in front, and the easy access to surrounding recreation spots like sunrise. Will definitely be coming back!

Ahh….what a beautiful home that has all of the amenities you need including space and scenery. We were a group of 13 and we all had our own room and bathroom to use. We explored outside, kayaked together for the first time, barbecued on the large porch overlooking Edler lake (what a view!), played board games together on the large kitchen table, others had a pool game going downstairs, and we all made great memories as a family while there. The kiddos watched cartoons when they needed to rest. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We met people who lived in the same neighborhood and they were super friendly. The host was quick to answer any question I had while there. We would love to make this an annual trip to make more memories. If you stay anywhere else, you are missing out!

Loved the house, with plenty of room and amazing views of Lake Elder. John, the owner was always easy to communicate with and very helpful with everything!! All of the family enjoyed our stay.

Awesome cabin, with beautiful views. Clean, comfortable and nice quiet neighborhood. The pool table was a hit with the teenagers. Close to town and grocery stores. We saw squirrels, deer and plenty of birds right outside the windows. Great hiking trails behind the cabin as well. We rate 5 stars and would totally stay there again.

We loved our stay at this house SO much! There is plenty of room, plenty to do, and the view out the front windows is lovely. Our kids asked repeatedly if we could just buy the house and stay there forever!!

Not only was it gorgeous, it was super clean, spacious yet cozy and beyond accommodating for 7 adults, 5 teens and a child. We all had so much fun gathering by the fireplace, cooking with all the pots and pans that were well-stocked, kayaking in the lake and soaking up the fresh air outside. The barbecue grill was a hit, as well as the pool table which we all enjoyed!
We will definitely be returning in the future and we’re so grateful for the amazing communication with the owner. Highly, highly recommend to everyone!

We have been staying here for two years. It is sad to see how many things have broke and not fixed over this time. Contact was notified via email with no response. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again unless we see reviews showing things have been fixed. There were so many spiders inside the place and I was even bit in my sleep by one. I am hoping they will fix the issues so we can return.
