The staff woke up me as I asked them since my phone didn't work. It worked well

When I first entered, there where used panties on the floor next to the bed. The staff and her family /friends partied in front of ny door (long hallway) with coke rum and where loud enough to be heard despite earplugs. The place is in a backstreet. Tricycles refused to drive me there if I didn't pay triple (!) because they found the road too bumpy

the staff are very friendly...but the water is not clean ...when you open the faucet in the cr it smells rusty and when you open the shower the water smells bad...the location also was bad i can not go anywhere because of the flood on the area...
