Beautiful location, modern rooms, quiet, beautiful grounds, great breakroom accessible anytime, fresh croissants in the afternoon. Good water pressure, comfortable bed, good channel selection on TV.

Being nitpicky here: room wasn't cleaned and bed wasn't made after second night - apparently a new housekeeper issue. Water from shower runs into sink/toilet area since there's no threshhold to hold it back. No room to put toiletry bag around sink.

The property was amazingly clean and all rooms are remodeled. Beds were comfortable and AC unit was working very quietly. The fresh pastries when we got there and every morning was also a favorite!!!! Would stay and recommend again and again.

We booked deluxe rooms and they are over the to glorious! Spacious - incredible bathroom - beautiful furniture - and very comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to the "sites" of the town and quiet. A perfect choice in Crystal River. Set up breakfast - had high end yogurt, juices, fresh fruit.

It is a perfect place - only the coffee maker a mild disappointment - coffee wasn't too strong

Clean and comfortable room with excellent shower. The breakfast room and lounge with breakfast supplies, water, ice etc were great. The hotel is ideally situated in the town.

Nowhere to store clothes, no drawers and very little hanging space. Bed has a memory foam mattress, which personally I hate.

This hotel is amazing! We had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel very much. The fresh baked Croissant’s were delicious!!! Perfect location within walking distance to most restaurants as well as stores and tour companies.

The room could have used and extra shelf to be able to store smaller items but all in all it was not a big deal

Zimmer war hell und ansprechend eingerichtet. Zimmerbeleuchtung war gut ausgeleuchtet und dimmbar. Fußboden gefliest, somit sehr hygienisch. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank ohne Geräusche. Super Betten, nicht durchgelegen.Viele Ablagefächen.Duschkopf mit Massagefunktionen.Außenanlage sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angegelegt.Sitzgelegenheiten in der Außenanlage. Genügend Parkmöglich vom Hotel vorhanden. Kaffee, Cappuccino, heißer Kakao und diverse andere Sachen zur freien Verfügung.

Bei der Anlage handelt es sich um ein früheres Motel, dass der Besitzer mit viel Aufwand und Liebe zum Detail umgebaut hat. Die Stellplätze vor den ebenerdigen Zimmern wurden entfernt und durch eine schöne Zuwegung mit großen Blumenbeeten ersetzt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen auf dem zu der Anlage gehörenden Grundstück, was sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet, zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt den ganzen Tag kostenlos Tee, Kaffee, Kakao, Milch, Fruchtsäfte, Joghurt und Obst. Die Zimmer sind exklusiv und modern eingerichtet. Fussläufig sind zwei Parks mit Kajak-Verleih-Station sowie Restaurants erreichbar. Die Anlage liegt ruhig und zentral in Crystal River. Absolute Top-Empfehlung.

Waren hier für eine Nacht weil wir mit den Manatees geschwommen sind. Das Hotel ist so nett und mit viel liebe zum Detail. Es gibt eine kleine Lounge, mit Mikrowelle und Wasserspender, Frühstück mit Toast Bagel und Kaffee, an unserer Türe sind 2 frische Croissants gehangen. Das Hotel schliesst gleich an den Kings Bay Park an, sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug in den Crystal River Preserve State Park. Abendessen unbedingt im ,The Crab Plant.

Had a great time staying here and loved the location, updated rooms, and pastries baked fresh daily! Free breakfast with access to the breakfast room at all times. I wish the pastries were baked fresh in the morning instead of given out around 4-5 pm but I get that everyone wakes up at different times and having them ready when you get back to the hotel was still great. I saved mine for breakfast. Location was perfect, right near Kings bay and the fun2dive tour excursions. Also near to town center and restaurants. I loved the updated bathroom and the beds were comfy. Cute manatee decor everywhere. There wasn’t construction ongoing while I was there; just them redoing the gardens and planting. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Crystal River!

Beautiful room, lovely grounds, quiet, just down the street from beautiful Kings Bay park and pier. Customer service was excellent! Loved the 24/7 access to coffee and snacks. Will definitely stay here any time we are in the area!!

The place is a lovely and charming one. You are located few minutes away from Hunter Springs (where you can see manatees), Saint-Pier Marina (manatees), King's Bay (manatees again!). You are also very close to many good diving centers and from Three Sisters Springs. About the place itself, you will be able to enjoy a very comfy room: bed is large and the mattress felt brand new, the bathrooms is well equipped and clean. On top of all of it, the outisde has small tables and beautiful local plants and the staff we met was always very kind and considerate :) thanks a lot for having us!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS! The grounds were stunning! Our rooms were totally updated, modern, and clean! Super efficient and friendly staff! You couldn't ask for a better location! Walk 2 blocks to St. John's Tavern-great, fun atmosphere! Easy walk to The Crab Plant-amazing seafood! And delicious croissants left on our door every day! We will definitely come back!

For breakfast they had a many fresh baked bread options with lots of different jams available for them. They also had a large selection of teas and a cappuccino machine. The rooms were super clean and very nice. Each room is decorated a different way, which I think adds a lot of character. The bathroom had a spa-like shower, which elevated the experience. The outside was beautifully decorated with lots of nice seating. The hotel was within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and parks. The owner makes and delivers gourmet croissants nightly and you can smell them cooking in the evening, and smells so delicious. Overall, everything was wonderful.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast , 24 hour coffee, really enjoyed gathering each morning with other guests (quite a few international travelers) in the breakfast room. We appreciated the bicycle/kayak storage room.

The rooms and beds were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The locations also had many walkable areas to go for food and sightseeing.

Es war eine Baustelle. Einrichtung wirkt sehr zusammengewürfelt. Bad war sehr klein. Beleuchtung unbequem. Es gab z. B. keine Nachttischlampe, nur das große Deckenlicht.
