Quarto muito bom. Espaçoso, limpo, agradável. Com frigobar, microondas, uma ótima máquina de café. Cortina blackout com controle remoto. Banheiro grande e limpo. Otimo café da manhã. Cinamons quentinhos ! Atendentes muito prestativos. Indicaram passeios e restaurantes. Foi permitido check out 1:00 PM

Breakfast was great. Keep up the good work. Housekeeper on our floor (4th) was just great. Friendly & personable.
No towels at pool but we brought our own since it was overall a beach trip for us.

We got a room with a very bad smell.
I immediatly reported the issue to the reception who said there is no other room available.
After insisting, they finally accepted to relocate us to another hotel 9 miles away.
I did not appreciate that I had to insist and complain to get a proper solution.

Everything about our stay was very good. Checking in was smooth, room was clean and well stocked. The accommodation for my service dog was incredible and the property was well kept and smelling fresh, not a hint of the smell of animals in rooms or on the floors or around property Staff was helpful in recommending places to eat and went above and beyond to call a few places for us to check availability. Breakfast was really good for warm fast eat! Everything was extremely fresh and they constantly replenished and kept thing hot and clean with a nice variety of a little bit of everything. The never ending all night coffee pot was my favorite! If I am in the area again in the future to go the crystal springs I would definitely stay here. If all Holiday Inn Express' are all like this then it will be my new go to for overall accommodation for what I needed and reasonably priced.
they could have more specials, deals and discounts. I was not given any being a member with AAA, or AARP or National Notary Association with the State of Florida or Florida resident discounts. I need incentive -

Zimmer waren sehr sauber, einladend und in einer angenehmen Grösse. Mit allem ausgerüstet, was nötig ist inkl. Kühlschrank, Micowave und Kaffeemaschine.
Besonders auffalend die freundliche, aufgestellte und informative Dame am Empfang anlässlich des Check-Ins.
Weniger gefällig sind die jeweils inkludieirten Frühstücke, die in der Auswahl etwas bescheiden sind und in der Qualtität nicht überzeugen können.
