Very picturesque area, tranquil, quiet, beautiful views from house

Bedroom had lots of unnecessary furniture etc. making it cramped. Son? of the owners had a computer just outside the bedroom on which he was playing games which were intrusive to us. Breakfast was very poor (stale bread and croissants, lukewarm coffee). On a Tuesday evening we tried to find somewhere to have dinner. We visited 6 restaurants/hotels, (advertised on Tripadvisor) within a 10 mile radius; all of them were closed.

We felt at home and enjoy the company of the owners. The place is surrounded by nature and you can see horses and mountains from the window of your room / kitchen. Super clean, safe and quiet place. Very comfortable room. Super complete breakfast!!!

This is a special place, where you stay in the top of a lovely house in a very comfortable bedroom with a very nice bathroom. The hosts live downstairs and are lovely and interesting people. They felt like friends after 3 nights! They make a lovely, filling (!) breakfast, with all the usual French items plus eggs if you want and homemade jams and cake!. They will also make dinner, if you like, for the price quoted, and it is remarkable! Like staying with a family. The host helped arrange a tour through the nearby Verna Cave, which was well worth doing.

The hosts are a charming couple, who were friendly and welcoming, and offered a generous breakfast. The location, in a mountain village, is peaceful and relaxing and we were made very welcome in the local bar!
