The proprietors were extremely welcoming and helpful. There was always someone on hand to advise and talk about the attractions of Biarritz. The hotel was very clean and had been beautifully renovated. the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was copious, very fresh and tasty. excellent selection. Delicious home made cakes added to the breakfast delights. would recommend.

hotel is stylish and comfortable, I was provided with all the necessary information. I was a welcome guest and I am very grateful for that. Parking area is very close to the hotel ( 13 euro for 24h)

We have been in Biarritz for 1 day and night and were looking for a hotel. Based on the reviews from Booking and the price, we ended up at this hotel and it was definitely a good choice!! Extremely nice and helpful owners and rooms were very clean with real cotton sheets (not that cheap hotel bedding ;-) Location is perfect too!

I was so blown away by the amazing hospitality I was shown here. The owner herself greeted me and gave me the low down on the local sites then walked me to my lovely, extremely comfortable room.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The hotel had a great location, it was quiet and the breakfast was very good.

A very nice, newly renovated, elegantly furnished hotel with a bathroom at top - the service was excellent, very helpful / friendly, able to fluently speak English and welcomed warmly and charmingly with super suggestions for Biarritz - so a very nice stay in a stylishly furnished hotel begins. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDABLE !!!

The location. 5 minutes walking to the busy city centre and located in a quiet street. Perfect for resting. There is a variety of good bistros that are very close. Nice staff and very clean. I would come back definitely.

The size of the room. Although we paid for the cheapest one and it was a little small, it was Ok for us. The size of the bed is pretty decent and comfortable.

Friendly welcome, helpful advice, great location and would gladly recomend. Room well serviced and provided for.

TV didn't work. Not a big deal in the broader picture, but being from the other side of the globe, being able to access world news was missed.
