Everything was good!

Beautifully decorated, fantastic bathroom and kitchen, balcony all around, very comfortable. The host was very accomodating and helpful. Loved staying there!!

The location is in a neighborhood in Gefira, with parking at the property. The three bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. My two children loved running around the wraparound deck and meeting new friends to play soccer with. My husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio.

The strange thing about this apartment is the lack of outlets in the kitchen. There were 2, one of which was taken by the wireless router. There were numerous plug in appliances, including a very high-end coffeemaker, but they were hard to use with the limited electric outlets. Thus, we just used the electric kettle and made instant Nescafe.

it was clean and very close to Monemvasia. the balcony was wonderful, the limited view of the water and Monemvasia were great.

our stay here was not a pleasant one. it started with the host refusing to provide an address to the place despite me telling him that booking.com was only taking us to the town and not directly to the home. he basically told us to get there and he would send someone to get us ( don’t understand the secret). so we had to park on the side of the road after a long drive and were ultimately found by a woman who asked us to follow her vehicle. She didn’t didn’t introduce herself, gave us a very quick walkthrough the apartment and then left. there was no house manual, no recommendations for what to do, no “do you have any questions”, she gave the keys them left. There were many packages of water bottles sitting in the lobby by the front entrance which we assumed were for our consumption, except the next day we found a hand written sign saying the water was not for us to use…( turns out they belonged to the tenant upstairs). At no point did the host tell us not to use the water or that the water in the apartment was not potable and we needed to buy water to cook, drink, etc! this is a big deal if you’re hosting guest, most who are foreign and on vacation. The “fully stocked” kitchen had no cutting knife (we eventually got one from the very nice host’s mother who lives downstairs.) they have non stick pans but only a metal spatula that would for sure ruin the said pan… the piece the resistance is that even though we parked right next to our bedroom’s open porch/balcony with a few steps, which would be the easiest to get our luggage inside the apartment, we were told that we COULD not bring the luggage through there and had to go through the front entrance with a flight of stairs instead. they had a sign by the kitchen with a bunch of rules, including asking us not to re arrange furniture, etc.

Fabulous luxurious apartment, nicely decorated with many personal touches, top class equipments everywhere, modern big shower, balcony all around the apartment where you can sit and enjoy breakfast or dinner, easy to park in quiet nice neighborhood in beautiful Monemvasia, very helpful owner and lady who greeted us, that's perfection !

Everything was perfect

Exellent ac in 3 bedrooms and living room. Huge balcon around the house and also sea view. Private parking place beside the house. Local beach with shower and beds 400 m. Supermarket 300 m. Big bathroom with good water pressure.

We would have been even more satisfied if there would have been washing machine and filter coffee machine.

This was the 3rd time that we’ve spent our holiday in this accomodation. The reason of our return is that we’re very satisfied! 🙂 There are 3 bedrooms, each with aircon and with TV. The living room with the kitchen is really very big (the kitchen is full equipped), there’s also aircon and TV in the living room, a big dining table, 2 sofas and an armchair. Very comfortable. The owner is very helpful, always helped immediately if we needed something. I recommend this accomodation, one of the bests we’ve ever stayed!

A washing machine would be nice.

Feels home, probably the family lives there in the off season. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Might be more convenient if some furniture/ deco could be moved for the rental period (not to worry that kids may break smth)

very nice place to stay, cozy and with all the comfort. The appartment was clean and up to date for the comfort. nice touch of deco and all apparals needed. Parking spot available.
