Awesome Rooms ,Cleanliness,Staff & location.Well It’s also quite a secured place-Thanks to Security staff who are 24/7 vigilant.Rooms are Quiet.
Nothing which I can think off.
Restaurant by the Beach was closed and quite understandable due to Ongoing Monsoon.

spacious and near beach
it didn’t have beach view as mentioned in the advertisement, there were bed bugs, regular powecuts, jacuzzi was tiny probably suitable for kids and in house food was overpriced

The location is right next to the the Baga beach and their is a private access from the hotel to the beach which is very nice...If you have kids and wants a property rigth next to beach this is it ...The breakfast has lots of varieties and delicious...The staff are polite and friendly. They even upgraded our room.... The kids meals are complimentary...Overall a very good experience and I would recommend it
The only drawback would be the cost..It's a tad bit expensive on the food charges

Booked king room with jacuzzi. Room is with 2 tvs and 2 boss sound system. Loved every minutes spent there. Perfect location can walk to beach through hotel and breakfast location is excellent.

We were asked to pay for the ice bucket...never in our lives during our travel all over the world,were we asked to pay for ice..its ridiculous and pathetic!! Refurbishment were going during our stay..we have stayed at this property before twice,I must say the standards have fallen so low..wont ever come back to this property again..Rooms are ok..staff at the reception always on their phones. No greetings nothing at all..such laid back attitude!!
A lot of maintenance needs to be done to the property..

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Great rooms, great food and close to a quiet part of the beach. We look forward to our next stay.
