Spotlessly clean, comfortable, convenient location and reasonably priced.

kitchen equipment was hit and miss; no kitchen knives, for example. Watch out for payment terms when you book; the host can take payment immediately after booking, which is effectively paying in advance even if it is refundable. And they tried to take a £300 security deposit a month before our stay which was not mentioned anywhere in terms and conditions; to be fair it was refunded when we pointed that out and the host could not provide relevant evidence.

The instructions were clear so easy enough once we had located it.

Clean, spacious apartment. John was clear and responsive in providing instructions on check-in and check-out, and advice on apartment and parking facilities.

One of the room blinds was damaged and could not block out the light.

Excellent apartment, which was very reasonably priced compared with other available property in Oxford at the time of booking. Communications with the owner/manager were responded to promptly. The location was ideal for the University College being visited. The apartment was clean and very well appointed with everything you might need. Highly recommended.

Instructions on how to get in were a little confusing, so it took a while (and a phone call) to work out how to access the apartment.
