The location is perfect! Very quiet and a nice walk into City Centre or the Meadow.

Very bad wifi. No connection most of the time and made it very hard to plan our next travels.

The apartment is very fresh and clean and in a great complex. It is fully kitted out with everything you would expect. All the information and access instructions were first rate.

We thought we had booked an apartment closer to the city centre and being on the outskirts would have caused a problem as were attending a college event, but the owners were very good in helping make our arrangements work and in the end we got to appreciate a different part of the city that we hadn’t seen before.

A comfortable and spacious apartment, well-situated for our needs, in a quiet location. We appreciated the toiletries provided. It was good to be able to communicate with the host via WhatsApp.

The instructions to find the parking space and the lockbox were complicated (unnecessarily so) and unclear, so that we ended up parking in the wrong space - luckily we met John at the apartment and he was able to point out the correct space. It seemed unnecessary to turn the heating and hot water off between guests rather than using a timer.

The location of the apartment is not what I expected while I made the booking. It was a little bit far away from the city center.

The internet was fast

Long winded confusing check in and location instructions. Leaving and entering the apartment on foot was a maze. Rules Rules Rules threats threats threats about leaving this on and that on and threatening to take the security deposit if things weren't done properly and all of this with an extraordinary room price.

Very well equipped modern apartment. Really comfy beds and clean rooms. Good communication with owner.

Did not realise there was 2 locations for the apartments. Thought we had booked in the city centre but was located in Jericho (didn’t realise Jericho was the name of the area as it is the first time we visited Oxford) Took a long time to find our allocated parking and keys. Detailed instructions were provided but unnecessarily complicated. There was too much detail provided on what to do, especially during check-out, which was unexpected for a place we booked to stay. Would’ve been better to resend the instructions through WhatsApp (if contacted through there) so it won’t be overlooked. Personally caused a lot of stress to us.
