Clean, comfortable, bus station is 1 minute away, amazingly decorated jacuzzi area, host was kind and instructions about spa usage were very clear.

Bedroom / living area needs to be updated (as described in other comments).

The place does not encourage you to stay and have a good rest. The location and the building is a deterrent. The building and apartments require renovation. There was no person on the property to greet us, even though the host knew our arrival time. After telephone contact (on booking.com, the host of the apartment did not reply to messages) we were informed "that everything is ready" and we can enter the room. Dangerous protruding, damaged tiles on the stairs, loose roof tiles - this is just the beginning! After entering the property, we were greeted by a "red" dirty, moss-covered carpet and a torn doormat. Time for „relax". We booked a Deluxe Suite Apartment, upon entering we were overwlehmed by an unpleasant musty smell. If you pay attention to aesthetics and cleanliness, this place is definitely not for you! Damaged, peeling off floor panels, torn wallpaper on the wall - "repaired" with black tape, jammed toilet door (broken door handle), the loose sauna door (falling off the rails) and the dirty spa area effectively spoiled our mood. These are only a part of the faults that we managed to notice, because it took us only 10 minutes and we made the decision to leave this place. After reading the opinions of this facility on other websites (another name for this place is Vila Marija Zagreb Glamor Wellness Wellness Relax), other customers had similar bad experiences, in addition, they also reported faulty equipment (jets in the hot tub not working, additional shower functions did not work, jammed doors in the sauna). The credibility of the positive opinions issued for this apartment raises our doubts.

The location was fairly easy to find, there was a free parking yard in the front. We were welcomed, shown around the rooms and given short and clear instructions on everything (lights, TV, WiFi, jacuzzi, sauna...). The attention to details in decorations was amazing (slippers, tea, coffee, robes...). Both the sauna and the hot tub were preheated and waiting for us. The lighting all around the apartment - wow. Didn't think of a single thing we missed during our stay. Wholeheartedly recommending to everyone.

The door to the sauna got stuck so we spent a good 10 minutes panicking on how to get out, hahah.
