The room was perfect with the most beautiful view. The personal concierge was attentive and answered questions and was willing to set things up for us. We did not get the app inclusive but she gave great food recommendations. The service of the resort was on par

This was our first stay in Cabo. Have only stopped for a day when in port on a cruise years ago!! I really wasn’t sure of the exact location of where we wanted to stay, so did a bit of research.. we were a group of 2 couples celebrating our 70th birthdays. We are all still pretty active and love outdoor activities, but didn’t want the loud music party scene… been there, done that. Villa la Estancia exceeded all our expectations! Impressive grounds and our Villa was perfect! Spacious and elegant with a phenomenal view of the pool and ocean! The staff everywhere on site were so kind and gracious!! Our concierge was extremely helpful and always available for to help us make plans!
The location of Villa Estancia was truly perfect for us we could walk down the beach to all the craziness of Médano Beach and the restaurants but come back to the quiet and elegance of this resort. Lovely pool and restaurants on site were excellent as well! Highly recommend…. Easy to Uber into the marina if you want as well.. much cheaper than a taxi and alway there for you in less than 2 minutes!

This is a nice condo and well appointed. Plenty of room and privacy. The grounds are pretty and well kept. They get sprayed often. Not only is the smell toxic, its created a environment free of anything natural such as butterflies, geckos ect..There are birds! but they bring in a hawk daily to scare them away. It attacked a seagull next to my lounge chair on the beach. It is a walk to get to mainstream town and beach. There are taxis and a bus outside of the property. There is a music show and screaming, crying kids at a neighboring complex so if your planning a evening on the patio, be forewarned. It's short but nightly. I think I have been generous in the star ratings just due to the visuals. I was NOT looking for a sterile, opulent country club with rooftop pickleball and expensive gift shops. I will be more diligent in finding a more natural setting with some culture next time. P.S. Someone help the employees in the lobby! I can not imagine working with that deodorized, man made fragrance being sprayed in there all day. It will choke you out!

Great time on our girls trip! We were greeted with fresh margaritas and guacamole at check in at the condo. Our butler was very helpful and available to us the entire time. Great views of the pool and ocean! We will stay again soon

The condo was as described. The view was OUTSTANDING. I would rent again simply for the view. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The cafe, deli, and shop perfectly situated across the street. The office staff so nice. The bar staff, they could have been friendlier and made more effort to serve and simply make eye contact. That was the downside. Overall, really special place.

We were detained in Cabo due to a flight cancellation so we made this reservation last minute. Our first few nights in Cabo were spent at this same complex in a different unit that was beautiful and well equipped, so perhaps our expectations were too high. This unit was a bit disappointing, no hand, dish or dishwasher soaps, no paper towels and very few dish towels, minimal kitchen supplies, uncomfortable furniture but it had great views and the complex is beautiful.

This place is amazing and highly recommended. The property is great and about a 4$ USD Uber ride to the marina. Wish I could post the pics I took of the place.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa--it is enormous, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. This resort is amazing-- just perfect for relaxing and swimming, the beach is fabulous and so are the pools.
What made it even more perfect was the above and beyond service and support from the team running the unit. Ashley was clear and prompt in her instructions while we planned, we had groceries delivered by an excellent team, and Joel, the concierge for our stay was absolutely phenomenal. He was so thorough and helpful, we felt like VIPs, and that's no exaggeration.
We will be recommending this villa and this team to our friends and can't wait to return.

Absolutely beautiful place and view!
Loved our stay here. The view is just incredible. The rooms clean and elegant, lots of space. On check in we were served homemade guacamole, salsa and margarita in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!
I’ve stayed at villa estancia before and this was by FAR the best rental! The view is amazing because you can see the all of the arches and the balcony is huge. Jane was responsive and amazing - will be back!

Communication with property manager was excellent; I wish I would’ve paid more attention to the unit being separated, but that was my fault; I would’ve liked a little nicer/newer bedding and furniture, but the unit was clean, the patio was excellent, and the view was beautiful - so we were pleased.

Perfect!
This rental is beautiful with incredible views! It is very spacious with a huge deck. We are 2 adults with 3 teens. This property is great for teens. The pool area and beach were awesome. The staff at Villa la Estancia were very friendly and helpful. The gym here is very nice as well. Jane was amazing and answered all of our questions before we arrived. We can’t wait to come back!

Know your unit.
We have stayed at estancia many times before. Unfortunately, this particular unit was old, tired, and not well-kept. Small examples like only two spoons. Things not functioning properly. This particular unit needs refurbishment.

The location was great! The information provided ahead of time regarding restaurants, where to shop, fishing guides, etc. was wonderful and very helpful. The villa has a few items that need to be replaced or cleaned to see if the stains will come out. It would also be helpful if some basic items were provided (a sponge, a roll of paper towels, etc.) to get you started.

This resort and this giant, absolutely gorgeous unit were fabulous. The host was so responsive, and provided a huge amount of helpful information leading up to our stay. We own a vacation rental ourselves and appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism. The only minor issue was the wifi--it was much better down at the pool than in the villa itself--not sure how much can be done with that issue, granted. But if you're hoping to get work done in the unit, it can be a little spotty. But, that did not stop us from having an incredible time--we can't wait to go back. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Stayed 5 wonderful nights and would highly recommend. Great location and gorgeous resort. Good restaurants and easy access to town. Loved the pools and hot tub. And the staff were top notch! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit - the welcome amenities of margaritas and homemade guacamole were an unexpected nice touch!

Great Times at Villa La Estancia
This property is beautiful. The staff was outstanding, friendly and attentive. The food at the pool bar was wonderful and our condo was beautiful. We had daily maid service and the property owner even had the refrigerator stocked when we arrived with beer and spirits. This property was by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed.....immaculate. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend.
