We had a wonderful time staying here. Linda is a great host and easy to get in contact with. The beach is so close, and you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. I hope to stay again at a later date. Again, thank you Linda.

My husband and I have stayed here several times and love it. I brought my two grown girls here to celebrate my birthday. We had a wonderful time. The condo is always clean and the owners are great to work with. The location is perfect and everything you need is right there. Anytime we come to the area I will stay here.

Well, we arrived at property and could not get in as a new gate system with code was installed. The smell from the bathroom was unpleasant. The mirror in bathroom was too far from view. Two closet doors were broken ,two missing shades from window so a passerby could look into the window. Roach in the kitchen. I found the location to be in need of a facelift. The closeness of the beach was a plus. I would not stay at this location again. The Host was good in communicating certain details. Also, there is nothing within a proper walking distance which makes a car a must have to enjoy your stay. Unpleasant smell as you pass by the swimming pool.

Excellent place, excellent location. Just far enough away from the very busy downtown area!

The property was exactly as described. The space is perfect for 2 looking to get away. The beach access was very convenient as well as the towels, chairs, and umbrellas provided. The building itself was very quiet. As for location, I recommend downloading the Circuit app which works like Uber but is free for getting around the area!

From the minute I hit send for this VRBO. It was easy. She allowed us to check in early. Can’t say enough about this little piece of heaven on the beach best sunrises. Will do it again. Linda, the owner was fantastic and very accommodating.

The location is perfect. So nice and close to the beach. Nice place to stay. Only suggestion is to put a unit # on the door, A very nice lady next door came out and saw us trying to figure out where to go and directed us

This unit was just as advertised! Beachfront and conveniently located in Lauderdale by the Sea. The necessary amenities were here and the owner made everything easy, from checking in to checking out. She was easy to communicate with whenever needed too!

Just what we were looking for. Beach front and a friendly pool. 5 Stars

The place is good for one person but any more than one would be tight. I stayed by myself and was able to work at the table and it worked for me. Everyone on the property was nice and walked right out to the beach (private gate from property). The pool area was bigger than expected but was under a shadow from noon-1 from the tall building next door. However, the beach and back patio have sun during this hour (I was there in February; that timing could change depending on time of year). I was under the impression it was located at Lauderdale by the Sea but it’s technically in Pompano about 1.6 miles north. Since I didn’t rent a car, that was a far walk to do everyday. I felt safe walking it, even after the sun went down. Overall, the complex was friendly and kept up, and the unit was small but comfortable and clean. The host was always available when I needed her and answered all my questions.

The unit is small but has everything needed in this type of rental. We stayed for 5 weeks and loved the location and the beach just steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s beachfront apartment! 10/10 for the view, amenities, cleanliness, and communication with the host. Absolutely the most relaxing vacation I've ever had. Being right on the water was beautiful. The studio was perfect for two people and the bed was very comfortable. We both didn't want to leave!! Perfect location for some shopping boutiques, gift stores and just walking around Lauderdale By The Sea. If you want the more lively entertainment, lounges and restaurants you can go a few miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach and you have Pompano Beach in the opposite directions. We even drove to the Everglades and took an awesome airboat tour package of the Everglades. Captain Jack's! It was a little pricey ($100 a piece) but it was well worth it. After the airboat you go on a "Swamp Buggy " where we were lucky enough to run into a mama bear! Just an all around great experience!!

As many others have stated, this is a great property for the location and price. Everything you need for a great beach stay is here! Communication with Herlinda was seamless; highly recommended.

This place was perfect right on the beach. I had coffee every day at the beach and felt like I had it all to myself. We enjoyed it very much. It’s a nice quiet place and perfect for 2-3 people. It’s small but it’s perfect. I will be back. Thank you

This property was perfect for a couple! We had everything we needed and appreciated the extras too (beach chairs etc). You literally open to the door to the sound of the waves. Paradise!

Very nice location on the beach. The best spot, watch the Sun come up every morning & after 12 you are completely in the shade, so sitting outside in the breeze was wonderful.

The property offers a perfect view of the ocean- no complaints! The pool is heated and well maintained as well as offers plentiful supply of chairs to lounge on in the sun. The gated entrances are a plus and helped my family feel secure on the premises. The apartment is just the right size for 2 adults and a child (the king size bed was large enough to fit my husband and I plus our 10 year old son lol!) There is a couch in the living area but my son wanted to sleep in the bed with us so we did not use. The living room and kitchen were just the right size for the 3 of us and adequately pictured in the apartment description. The bathroom vanity area is on the small size, but we made it work. My husband did comment he had some issues with shaving because it was a small space to work in but again, he managed. There were adequate towels available for the stay as well as adequate amount of supplies to use (paper towels, TP, dish detergent, etc). The floor is a tile floor so when coming in from the outside, it tended to get gritty from the sand; however, there’s a broom and dust pan in the kitchen that we used daily to keep the floor clean. The air conditioning sufficiently cooled the place, but there are two fans that can be used additionally if needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas supplied were convenient. Very satisfied with our stay! If we’re ever in the Ft Lauderdale area again, will definitely stay here. The location is conveniently located between Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea so all restaurants are within 5-10 minute drive of the location and there’s a grocery store a mile away.

Secluded with everything needed for a perfect vacation. And just steps away. There's no way to express how happy I was staying here. We'll be back next year

This facility is exactly as it was presented, including the beautiful view. The beach is close, very convenient. I borrowed beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys which made it convenient too. It’s a small place, but worked well for me and my daughter. I had an Amazon package delivered without difficulty. Restaurants are about one mile away. The beach and the water are flawless.
